“Changed to Brentknoll after poor service from previous vets who I had been with for over 20 years. They could not get my dog in for check up for an ear infection as deemed it "non urgent" and could only offer me appointments several days later (initially called on the Saturday and told to call back Monday and then when called back on the Monday was only offered their practice 8 miles away or the next day - by which time my dog was in agony). Brentknoll were lovely from the moment I called and got me in within a couple of hours. Lovely service and sorted her out so wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Transferred to Brentknoll from now on and will avoid the other vets like the plague!”

They offer a wide range of services from scale and polish, whitening, they can do on site X-rays easily and were extremely diligent throughout my braces and realignment work. The waiting room has recently been refurbished giving it a vibrant, light and airy feel. The consultation rooms are comfortable, bright and roomy. The best thing about this place though is without doubt the staff. Dr Dalby and his team are absolutely fantastic. Kind, friendly and welcoming, hard working and diligent. Also available are toilets that don’t require entrance purchase. I walk my dogs on the golf course often and am grateful to have facilities that I don’t have to share with my canines!
