I have been a member at Nuffield Health Worcester since April 2025. The facilities at the centre are fantastic. The gym is equipped with cardio & resistance machines + plenty of free weights and cables too. All equipment is looked after very well and kept nice and clean. There is a sauna, steam room and swimming pool available as well, so this is always nice to use after an intense gym session or fitness class. The staff and other members are all very friendly, and I have already made some good friends here since joining earlier on this year. My only gripe is that it does get very busy in the evenings during the week, but you will find this will be the case across most gyms.

I've not been a member of many gyms, but this is the only one that I have actually wanted to stick with. From the first contact with the lovely reception team, to the ongoing support from members of the PT team, I have felt welcomed and valued. I have received so much advice since joining over a year ago. While you can pay for 1:1 sessions, the PTs are always available for a chat or help with workout plans/technique. Really knowledgeable and approachable There is a good range of free weights and machines available, as well as facilities for classes. Changing rooms and the shower area are always kept in fantastic condition, and the sauna/steam rooms are both popular with members. All classes are included with membership, but I know they are very popular so make sure to book on to them early as possible using the app - which is easy to use. My little girl takes swimming lessons here too with a brilliant teacher, Alec, and we receive a discount with my membership. That is on top of my membership discount for being a Blue Light card holder - making it affordable for me (and ends up better priced than other local gyms with pools). The atmosphere and friendliness of this centre are the best part - it is a gym that does not feel intimidating to step into. Looking around at the range of members, you can see that it is an inclusive space for all people looking to become healthier and get active. Sorry guys, you will be seeing more of me once the schools go back!

A friendly, adult only health centre. Good, clean changing facilities, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. The gym is well equipped with help readily available. The varied classes are well run by qualified staff. It can be quite difficult to book classes in the studios, due to their popularity and booking system.

I’ve really enjoyed being a member at Nuffield Health Worcester. There’s a great mix of classes throughout the day and evening, which makes it easy to fit something in no matter how busy life gets. The addition of new functional and hybrid training classes has been a real bonus – it’s great to see them offering different options to suit everyone’s needs. The atmosphere is always positive, and the reception and management team are friendly and approachable. It’s easy to feel welcome here. The personal trainers and class instructors are also brilliant – they’re knowledgeable, supportive, and make you feel confident no matter your level. They always give you that extra encouragement when you need it. A special mention to my PT, Andy, he’s excellent at adapting our sessions to meet my personal goals and upcoming competition work. He’s his clients biggest cheerleader and really keeps me motivated. One of my favourite parts of the gym is the sauna, it’s a lovely way to unwind after a session. The pool is on the smaller side and can sometimes feel a bit chilly, but it’s actually quite refreshing, especially after a tough workout! Overall, it’s a well-run, friendly gym that really looks after its members. It’s a great place to work out, stay motivated, and feel supported.

Fantastic gym. The instructors are amazing and really keep you engaged in the classes and encourage you throughout. Centre staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful when you need something sorting. Lots of equipment available to use, but it’s definitely the variety of classes and instructors that keep me coming back 5*

I am writing a review to praise Andrew a PT at Nuffield Health Worcester. Today I went to the gym to do my Pre-fitness joining test into the Royal Navy, Andrew went above and beyond to help me pass my test. My nerves got the better of me and Andrew took the time to guide me through what to do and calmed me down. Words don't do justice for what Andrew did for me. He has my full respect and is highly recommended.

Shocking service. Have been lied to from Maria and the deputy manager Jenny. I was assured my wife’s membership has been cancelled on 3 occasions and they are STILL charging us for it!! Absolute joke. Wouldn’t know customer service if it got up and hit them in the face.

It's been a few years since i was a member here (as anyone within viewing distance of my girth will verify). When i was a member, i can't really fault it. I felt special being a member here. I used to love going in the steam room. A sauna is also available and swimming pool. There was a timetable of classes running all day for those wanting to participate in spin, circuits, zumba, pump etc Receptionist would always make me feel welcome as i came in. The staff in the gym itself were there if you needed them for anything but never pestered you if you didn't. You could have regular health reviews, personal training. A huge variety of of cardio machines. Lots of fixed weight machines and plenty of free weights too. Then "Men's Health" went and ruined everything by promoting super-sets. Previously, you could always get a go on the machines you wanted. Maybe you would have to wait a few minutes but that was fair enough. Once super-sets became trendy, you would have groups of 3 or 4 lads hogging several machines at once and not a chance of getting near any of those machines. That's why i stopped going. That's not Nuffield's fault though. I suspect it was a countrywide phenomenom. One other thing that used to irritate (literally) me was when the staff would clean the cross trainers with spray while i was on the next cross trainer, gasping for air and breathing in a lungful or Pledge instead. I don't want to end on a criticism though because overall it was a very positive experience. I was almost 20 stone when i joined up and over 3 years i dropped to 14.5 stone. In summary, if i made a return to a gym, this is the place i would go to.
