   Smelly, hot and dirty changing rooms. Need to sort of the cleanliness and hygiene standards. Unisex changing rooms is a big factor not to return Can call me old fashioned. I prefer separate Male and Female changing rooms for safety, comfort and reassurance. A pathetic locker system having to bring in your own padlock! That could easily be tampered or broken into for thieves to gain access to your smart phones and money. Would rather pay extra and go to a private leisure centre with separate changing facilities. Will not return, mainly due to the unisex changing facilities.

   Pickleball is great but the swimming pool timetables are constantly mixed up, and they often double book courts. It would also be nice if they could answer the phone. They have now installed an answer service saying its busy, which isn't true, I've been there many times when the staff are stood in the back chatting, with one person on the desk, which they all ignore the ringing phone. How do you expect to get more custom without customer service. Do better.

   Good public 25m swimming pool with 8 lanes and Olympic starting blocks. The smaller pool has an adjust depth platform wich can be lowered to 1.3m or raise to 0m creating the perfect depth for children to learn to swim. The gym and fitness studios classes are very popular and the badminton courts are multi purpose for other sports. Public cafe Costa Cafe has tables in the sitting/waiting area.

   Gym is good but there is no real system for non members. Been three times and all seems a bit random. Have to ask for an access card and either don't have one (just knock the door) or get given a staff one! As I said gym is okay and not too busy

   Everything about it is too expensive especially in comparison to alternative fitness provision in the area. Swimming pool looks great and the site is tidy and always looks good. Swimming lessons are not well planned. Pay for 30 minutes, groups too big spend 5 minutes fighting to try get in because it's so overbooked. Most pool staff super friendly with the exception of some looking uninterested sadly.

   Very nice updated facility with a world class swimming pool. Good place for mums with kids in swimming lessons as there is a café with refreshments. Also available are toilets that don’t require entrance purchase. I walk my dogs on the golf course often and am grateful to have facilities that I don’t have to share with my canines! There looks to be a good gym & great free parking. Well worth a visit.
