Absolutely shocking and unprofessional experience. Today I tried over 20 times to call Lashurit Centre in Northfield to ask about swimming lessons for my child. Most of the time my calls were actively rejected. On the two occasions they actually answered, as soon as I started asking a question, they hung up the phone on me. No explanation. No apology. Just hanging up on a potential customer. I also sent an email and, unsurprisingly, received no response at all. This is not how a professional business behaves. If you cannot answer basic enquiries or treat people with basic respect, you should seriously reconsider working with the public. Parents trust swimming centres with their children’s safety — and this level of communication is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with a centre that ignores, rejects, and disconnects calls instead of helping customers.

As others have said it’s way too small for the amount of members. I did genuinely enjoy this gym but it’s gotten to the point where I’ve came in a few times now and left straight away because all the machines including cardio are busy, and I tend to go during ‘quieter’ times. Trying to cancel membership is also a complete faff

The classes are good fun with friendly instructors, the gym is small but alright. The things that let the leisure centre down are lack of communication- staff never answer the phone, they wrongly put strikes on your account when they change a class that does not suit you and unpleasant smells and cleanliness of the changing rooms. No ones ever tried to call back either. Ive tried to cancel my subscription online can I can't seem to do so, nor will anyone answer the phone again, surely this and better communication would be better for members?

The gym is far too small for the number of members they take on. I’ve been going every other day for over a year, and every single visit I’ve had to queue for basic equipment. That’s not acceptable given the price. You’d honestly be better off at a larger 24/7 commercial gym. Much cheaper and more reliable

If your looking at improving fitness I would strongly suggest away from this gym and look at the other local options. The gym and facilities is simply to small to contain the level of members that they take on. I accept that gyms get busy, But if you plan for example a Chest or back day, there's no way your going to get on the equipment available. Its also unacceptable that they decide to hold classes at night in the actual gym which takes away half the gym/space and half the equipment available, This needs to be looked at as its not fair on the members who have to work around these classes - Use the room next door and keep it out of the gym. I have literally been in the gym where there was 1 person in the class and I was still told I was not allowed to use the equipment whilst class was taking place.

Having finished an excellent 12 sessions cardiac rehab programme at the centre gym, I decided today to join as a member to keep up my new levels of fitness. Tino at reception, could not have been more pleasant, courteous, efficient and helpful. I am really impressed with the way this centre is managed . I am looking forward to being a regular visitor. Thank you.

We take our grandchildren to learn to swim, brilliant instructors, they take time to encourage the children from babes in arms to school children. Enrol your grandchildren this skill not only save lives but it's great fun and a great confidence boost to all users. there's also a well equipped gym for everyone.

Small gym with a lot of competition for the equipment. Expensive membership fee and atrocious parking. Unless you are there for the pool you are far better off using one of the other gyms in the area with better facilities for half the fee.

My daughter is learning to swin here. There was 8 kids in the class and the small pool was split into 3 sections. No room for the kids to learn, kept bumping into each other. If your going to split the pool lower the children in each class so that they can actually swim.

Lovely modern pool and gym. The staff are very friendly. My general health is much improved since I joined.
