“I just want to say a massive thank you to Ian Marie and the rest of the dedicated members of staff that looked after our super special neurotic Cupcake yesterday before during and after her operation because she was SUPER stressed Marie gave Cuppy her pre med to settle her straight away on arrival even delaying her arrival so she didn't have to wait getting more and more stressed waiting for her operation Ian performed her operation and then she was constantly monitored during recovery (Cuppy is a French Bulldog with severe breathing problems and doesn't settle anywhere but her home) I was informed regularly informing me how she was doing. I am SUPER IMPRESSED with Cupcakes and my treatment I have been attending this clinic since it started they have constantly taken care of my numerous dogs during this time but because Cupcake is a very demanding needs dog they all went even more than above and beyond with her care!!! “If dentistry in general can be described as a pleasure, then Northwick Manor is the GOLD standard. I have an inherent fear of the dentist having suffered at the hands of the school dentist in the 60’s & 70’s. It was brutal. Once at work I found Mr Tipton in St.Johns, who was brilliant & I stayed with him over 30 years, until his retirement in 2012. Although I was transferred to a BUPA dentist, I didn’t feel either comfortable or confident, or indeed “a part of anything”. I found Northwick doing research online. After giving them a call I felt reassured that they could allay my dental fears. The receptionists are not only incredibly nice, kind & pleasant, but knowledgeable as well. I see Dr Kirsty. She listened to all my worries & concerns & after a very thorough examination explaining everything as she went along, gave me a full low down on what was needed & why? I am approximately half way through that treatment now, which includes crowns & it’s just such a positive experience. It’s like a whole new world of dentistry that is done “with you” as opposed to being done too you….there is a world of difference. There really are not enough adjectives to describe how amazing this practise is on all levels. Thank you to the whole team, you are amazing. 100% RECOMMENDATION”
