   Have dealt with the consummate professional who is James Parker for in excess of 10 years now. He continues to set the standard for exemplary customer service. Without prompting, each year he diligently seeks out the best possible insurance for us. This isn’t always the cheapest but his candour and transparency is refreshing. In the days of call centres dominating, based on cut price deals, James has proved to our family and business that a bespoke, personal service is essential. We are very lucky to have found James. We know that and that’s why we use him. James is A-Plan for us.

   Services normally very good however one untrained staff member seemed to be selling products I did not wish to want on renewal and was unpleasant experience when refused hence one star I hope on my annual renewal will have a 5 star rating Update : yet again one year on more unethical practices and debt collector corporate attitude as far as the Worcester manager comments are considered stop cover up your unethical behaviour it’s a boiler room operation.
