“If dentistry in general can be described as a pleasure, then Northwick Manor is the GOLD standard. I have an inherent fear of the dentist having suffered at the hands of the school dentist in the 60’s & 70’s. It was brutal. Once at work I found Mr Tipton in St.Johns, who was brilliant & I stayed with him over 30 years, until his retirement in 2012. Although I was transferred to a BUPA dentist, I didn’t feel either comfortable or confident, or indeed “a part of anything”. I found Northwick doing research online. After giving them a call I felt reassured that they could allay my dental fears. The receptionists are not only incredibly nice, kind & pleasant, but knowledgeable as well. I see Dr Kirsty. She listened to all my worries & concerns & after a very thorough examination explaining everything as she went along, gave me a full low down on what was needed & why? I am approximately half way through that treatment now, which includes crowns & it’s just such a positive experience. It’s like a whole new world of dentistry that is done “with you” as opposed to being done too you….there is a world of difference. There really are not enough adjectives to describe how amazing this practise is on all levels. Thank you to the whole team, you are amazing. 100% RECOMMENDATION”

“Genuinely brilliant family dentist that I have been going to for almost 30 years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They offer a wide range of services from scale and polish, whitening, they can do on site X-rays easily and were extremely diligent throughout my braces and realignment work. The waiting room has recently been refurbished giving it a vibrant, light and airy feel. The consultation rooms are comfortable, bright and roomy. The best thing about this place though is without doubt the staff. Dr Dalby and his team are absolutely fantastic. Kind, friendly and welcoming, hard working and diligent. They couldn't do more to help their clients and they have literally taken care of me my whole life. Highly recommend this brilliant local dentist.”

“I'd arrived having tripped over and I was patched up by the kind staff in the surgery. It made me a bit late for my filling, but that was still accommodated for me. The filling went well with no pain at all, even afterwards. I also received a follow up call the next day to check if I was OK. Excellent customer service.”

“After my visit today with Meenakshi to have my teeth extracted I was feeling a little stressed and explained my situation Denise and Meenakshi couldn’t do enough to help me relax and believe me it ended up being the most relaxing procedure I’ve ever experienced I can not thank them both enough and the icing on the cake !!
