“Been in pain with a rotting tooth for nearly 2 years after failed attempts with my own dentist, apparently my own dentist kept saying it was put through as an emergency extraction when it doesn't take 2 years to hear back so I was fobbed off with my own dentist. I phoned 111 on the Wednesday and got an appointment here on the Friday, that same Friday I was in and out and had my wisdom tooth what was rotting for 2 years out within 35mins. Absolutely brilliant service, friendly staff. Couldn't recommend enough. Credit to the NHS. I can't wait to start getting a proper night sleep and enjoying food again with no more pain. “Wow. Absolutely fantastic place. I was terrified of dentists ( not been for 10 years) but due to a recurring abscess I had to pluck up the courage to go to have 2 teeth removed. Staff were so understanding and compassionate. They were fine with me bringing someone with me to hold my hand. The whole process was painless and quick. You have restored my faith in dentists and I won't be scared to have regular checkups in future. Thank you all and I will be seeing you in 3 months for my follow up”

“On Sunday 18th August I had to attend Parkside for 2 skin biopsies. I had a headache all morning and after the first biopsy my headache kicked in full force. The receptionist was absolutely amazing and helped my partner look after me. She gave me painkillers, a pillow to lie down with and offered a blanket to. If it was for this angel of a woman I don't think I would've made it to the 2nd biopsy. Can't thank the lovely staff here enough.”

“After 6 weeks of excruciating pain being fobbed off by 111 and other NHS dentists with constant antibiotics, I saw Dr Benjamin who was non other than amazing I’m a extremely anxious and nervous patient, who’s past experiences with the dentist haven’t been great with care. I had a massive abscess to which on the second visit (after having some strong antibiotics) hadn’t gone down and was sent to the hospital to the maxfax team to drain it. I had a follow up call from the dentist and booked in to have the tooth removed. Thank you for looking after me and giving me the best care. I’m also entitled to NHS treatment but I would rather pay to been seen by BFD because there care and compassion is next to none ** please update your days & times your open **”
