   Today I had one of the most disappointing gynaecology visit at this place. Let alone that I didn't received a letter or a text for the appointment. The gynaecologist was dismissive of my symptoms and concerns regarding a long history of pelvic pain, endometriosis and repetetive infections. I asked many times for a better pain management plan and not for answers as I know there isn't an answer for my symptoms but all I had was "I can't have an answer for your symptoms but you can try the pill". I explained that only 4 weeks ago I had a colposcopy and an ectropion removed caused by all the years of contraception I had. I said that since the ectropion was removed I had several forms of vaginal infections and I wanted to have it checked out but of course she said that checking it would only give me more "anxiety". I explained that for my symptoms I follow a specific diet, I take supplements and I am very careful with my hygiene to have a bit of relief. Her answer was "maybe stop all of that".. useless to say I left in tears. If you suffer with endometriosis stay well away from this surgery.

   On Sunday 18th August I had to attend Parkside for 2 skin biopsies. I had a headache all morning and after the first biopsy my headache kicked in full force. The receptionist was absolutely amazing and helped my partner look after me. She gave me painkillers, a pillow to lie down with and offered a blanket to. If it was for this angel of a woman I don't think I would've made it to the 2nd biopsy. Can't thank the lovely staff here enough.

   Having had a nightmare journey due to weather and traffic conditions I called to say I was struggling to find the address and might be late. The post code was unrecognized and I don't know the area. I arrived 7 mins late. They refused to see me. Given that wait times in most Settings are an hour or more I was angered that I was turned away. I do hope that none of the patients had to wait more than 5 mins outside of their appointment times. A complete wasted journey fuel time and money.

   Had my vaccine this morning. It was brilliantly organised with all of the personnel very helpful and just genuinely nice people - really good experience & thank you too such a lovely team @ BHI Parkside.

   Went to BHI today to have a lesion removed from my leg. Cannot speak more highly how I was treated by staff when I arrived at Parkside. I was taken by the nurse who assisted at my surgery with Dr Ghosh and cannot fault how the treatment went.. Everything was explained to me before treatment and in 30 minutes I was sitting back in the car with my husband. Thank you to all at Parkside.

   Absolutely discusted by the staff at the health centre today!! We had an Amber alert for high winds with a bit of rain. When I arrived, there was a little old lady and a woman in a wheel chair waiting outside. They were extremely cold and struggling with the wind but they were not allowed to enter the building until it was their appointment time. There are several different waiting areas inside the building, plenty of room to stay 2 metres apart. My husband asked the elderly lady if she would like to sit in our car because she was getting blown all over by the wind and had been standing for quite some time. The staff could see it was a struggle but didn't say anything I needed to use the toilet because I have health conditions that means I cant wait if I need to go. My husband asked the staff if I could use the toilet but they said no!! What gives them the right to treat people this way?? Covid 19 or not .......its absolutely appalling! I was on my mobility scooter and told the lady I was using the toilet regardless and went into the building. I got the most eviliest look from the staff member. I was extremely upset with the whole situation!! Please be kind and considerate to the people that need to use the facilities, you dont know what hidden disabilities people may have. You guys made us all feel absolutely uncomfortable and its not acceptable.

   The optician was really helpful as I had a problem with my eyes. I had an emergency appointment sorted it out and referred me to the eye hospital for an emergency appointment all sorted out. Very nice staff.
