   My auntie was here yesterday she had her surgery she was there for 4 hours in total the staff were all so welcoming and friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is in need !

   I am no fan of visiting the dentist, no disrespect to any dentists around, its just never been a nice place to go, so I have not been going.... However I was recommended BDC by friends so decided to visit and saw Shannon. Great guy, put me at ease and gave some great advise and treatment. 100% happy and now happy I have a dentist I can go to on a regular basis without worry!

   After 6 weeks of excruciating pain being fobbed off by 111 and other NHS dentists with constant antibiotics, I saw Dr Benjamin who was non other than amazing I’m a extremely anxious and nervous patient, who’s past experiences with the dentist haven’t been great with care. I had a massive abscess to which on the second visit (after having some strong antibiotics) hadn’t gone down and was sent to the hospital to the maxfax team to drain it. I had a follow up call from the dentist and booked in to have the tooth removed. Thank you for looking after me and giving me the best care. I’m also entitled to NHS treatment but I would rather pay to been seen by BFD because there care and compassion is next to none ** please update your days & times your open **

   Let’s be honest: nobody likes going to the dentist, and the dentists have a thankless task. Yet , when we experience so much dental pain, they are the silent heroes! Having been to another (not terribly professional, in my opinion) dentist in Bromsgrove, who decided to off load a bunch of patients during Covid without explanation, I contacted and registered with Bromsgrove Dental Clinic (BDC). I have been attending for a good while now, and I am so glad to have found this excellent clinic. The staff are always professional, friendly, patient and welcoming. The Clinic is kept immaculate. Every single appointment I’ve had with Dr Shannon Benjamin has left me feeling I am not just in good hands, but in the hands of one of the best around. I am so impressed with BDC I have managed to convince my other half (a highly anxious and nervous patient) to change over from her dentist of 10 years, who has recently been left feeling extremely unhappy with the service from her existing dentist. I know BDC will look after her in the best way possible. Thank you to everyone at BDC, from one very happy patient.

   After reading all the positive reviews I decided to book appointment with this dental clinic but unfortunately, my experience here wasn't great and I wouldn't come here again. I'm quite nervous around dentists, which I've told them about, yet still felt very nervous and unwelcome during my appointment. They have also advised me that I'll need a root canal treatment but I decided to consult another private dentist before I went ahead with the procedure and he told me that my root canals are absolutely fine...

   My dentist (Dr Pavlova) is very patient and kind with me being a very nervous patient. Her and her assistant Evie always help me feel relaxed. All staff here are kind and helpful, I won't be going anywhere else after coming here!

   Always first class service! Dr Pavlova is the most amazing dentist. She is kind, caring, understanding and also a perfectionist. She has done an amazing job on lots of aspects of dentistry and facials and is also fantastic with my son. I cannot recommend her enough. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too. A fantastic dentist for everyone!
