“My poor little rat, Rue, went to sleep yesterday at companion care. The experience from start to finish was so kind and compassionate. On the phone they were gentle explaining our options, and when we entered the receptionists were so lovely. When we were called in the vet did a check over to make sure it was the right decision which made me feel at ease knowing it was 100% the best choice. The vet explained everything start to finish and was so incredibly patient. She got Rue a blanket and let us spend as much time as we needed with her. Afterwards she was still lovely and reminisced about Rue with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience within such a sad situation. Everyone working there is understanding and caring. I couldn’t recommend anywhere better.”

“We have been to HiMom for reassurance scans and more recently a gender scan. It has been an amazing experience every time, made all the better by welcoming staff who made me feel at ease. The gentleman who performed our ultrasounds has a lovely sense of humour, is reassuring, knowledgeable and made sure we could ask any questions. I am very grateful for how caring and accommodating they were when we had a little scare during our first trimester. Our most recent scan for the gender was exciting as we also got to experience a sneak peak at a 4d scan and in which we also heard our baby's heartbeat, received thermal printed photos and several more photos via email. They also now offer loyalty cards. Will be returning again!”

I phoned 111 on the Wednesday and got an appointment here on the Friday, that same Friday I was in and out and had my wisdom tooth what was rotting for 2 years out within 35mins.
