I recently had a crown fitted by Sue McArthur. Everything was spot on. Obviously not the nicest experience but it was as good as it could be. No pain, efficient friendly service and great outcome.
All the receptionists greet you with a smile and also very professional. Pav dentist is particularly friendly and professional and puts you at ease. Very thorough and explained everything. Highly recommend Thank you
I have been with this dental practice for 48 years and have always had the most wonderful service. If you need urgent treatment, they do their utmost to get you sorted out and always very friendly, kind and efficient. They definitely deserve 5 stars.
I have been a patient a t this practice for over 30 years. The standards have always been excellent. Receptionists are always welcoming and friendly. I have always received prompt, personal and careful treatment from whichever dentist I have seen at the time. This is particularly the case with Mr Johal who always perceptively asks 'Any questions at all?' He pre-books an appointment with the hygienist also. In current times, we are indeed privileged to have access to such a sound and reliable practice.
I have been a patient at Whitehouse and Partners for over 50 years. I now see Mr Tulwar for check ups and dental treatment. I have every confidence in his ability to keep my teeth in good condition. Karen the hygienist is excellent at rectifying what my own brushing is not able to do. The receptionists are friendly and will try to fit appointments to suit patients. Very happy with my dental practice.
Had so much pain and rang this morning and lady was very helpful and helped me. Managed to get me appointment same day. Went in and had treatment with Dr. Pavanjit Johal and his nurse they both were brilliant and i had such a great experience with no pain. Thank you so much for building my confidence again :)
I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I was in severe pain last weekend, 111 were useless & I couldn’t get hold of my own Dentist. I contacted Whitehouse on Monday morning & managed to get a private appointment with Mr Johal. Everything was done with such care & compassion. I needed a root canal so you can imagine what I was thinking. Of course the injection was uncomfortable but it was done so gently that it didn’t bother me. After being in so much pain, I felt like a million dollars when I left! The next day Mr Johal followed up the treatment with a courtesy call just to make sure I was feeling better & if I had any further questions. Amazing! The practise is fully Covid compliant. Better than the cattle show that was my former dentist. I hope to move to this dentist when it’s allowed. Thank you so much
