   Their service unfortunately is getting worse and worse by the day. I really used to count myself lucky being a patient here but now I feel like I'm going to have to go elsewhere. Terrible attitude by receptionist, long wait times just to see a doctor and no checkups/follow ups at all. It's time to fix your practice and stop using COVID as an excuse for everything, if you can't manage it then let others come in who can.

   Such an amazing surgery. Nothing is too much trouble. An update to this surgery. Once again visited twice in 2 months to receive absolute superb caring service. It such a relief to find a doctors who care for their patients and not just fob you off. Thank you to all the amazing staff from the receptionist squeezing us in, the doctors for their caring nature and attention to detail and following up on their patient's, through to the pharmacy who have your prescription ready and waiting for when you leave. There really isn't enough stars to give you for the care that you have shown myself and my family. A massive thank you.
