   I've been with this dental surgery for 25 years and I can honestly say I haven't had one negative experience Murray sandford is very professional kind and gentle and he has a way about him that puts you at ease highly recommend this dental practice and all other staff are nice polite and informative

   Been registered with short house since I was 6 years old now 30. Since bradly shorthouse himself has retired, the practice is awful. Had a filling for 500 pounds and it broke, I asked for a metal filling to replace very clearly. This was not done and had broken again, the dentists in there now are there for repeat business and money. Not customer care, due to the pain and how little of my tooth they left me, it has been pulled by another practice and you’ve lost a loyal customer. Thankyou and goodbye

   I have to say dentists aren't my strong point. However from the moment you enter the reception area you are treated very well. Tina and Gemma always have a chat and then when you go into the dentist shes an asset to the surgery . Have always used Bradley and Shorthouse dentists. And my children have used them too. Very welcoming which I find great as im nervous also loved the christmas tree in there this morning too

   Absolutely fantastic dental practice! I’ve been with Bradley and Shorthouse Dental Clinic for many years now and every visit has been first-class. The whole team is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel completely at ease. The quality of the work is outstanding — you can tell they really take pride in what they do. The reception staff are also lovely and helpful with appointments. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

   Used the practice for the 1st time today, and i must say its absolutely wonderful. That may sound strange being a dentist, but my appointment was with Emma Franks and she was so kind and pleasant, done a very thorough checkup including xrays, and as i had a damaged tooth that was giving me a bit of trouble, she found the time between appointments to extract it for me bless her. She was so gentle with the needles, and very efficient with the actual extraction. I felt no pain no discomfort just relief at the painful tooth being gone. Thanks Emma and all the team, and a merry Christmas to you all

   Have been dreading this for months. Haven't seen a dentist in three years and today I was booked in for two fillings and an appointment with the hygienist. I am pleased to say I had a very successful pain free visit I was made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable, without doubt the best experience I have had at a dentist appointment in my 66 years! Wow!! Thank you.
