Serban did an amazing job of my tattoo of course, made me feel at ease and comfortable. They also have music on so I spent the time lay back, relaxing in a comfy chair, laughing, joking and listening to metal, and walking out with stunning Ink. Talk about a pamper day! “Went on Saturday with my severe needle phobia (long history) daughter who desperately wanted her belly button pierced. We’ve been somewhere else where it was a no go. Called The Maxx after hearing good things about them. Popped in at told to do, Wow (I think it was Tash) was amazing, so understanding, patient and caring, talked and explained everything to my daughter, told her we’ll go your speed when your ready, it took 3 attempts but she did it, my daughter was crying with joy. “I do not get my nails done very often, but they listened and did an excellent job. The Gentlemen there also tried to explain to the Lady next to me that her real nails were going to basically rot because of water ingress, and many many acrylics, and that she should have them taken off, but she didn’t take any notice, or maybe didn’t want to, and was very rude about it. But he did his bit. Which shows a duty of care over money, which says a lot in my opinion. Thanks again.”
