Joe did a beautiful tattoo for me yesterday. As an older female, I found the whole experience wonderful. The studio is classy and welcoming. All of the artists were friendly and Joe and I chatted the whole time. My tattoo is excellent! Thanks Joe. X By the way, the toilet is clean & lovely too.
Had a booking with Joe on Friday and can’t recommend him and the Holm Studio enough. Seamless experience, super easy going from the booking stage to appointment and very organised. This was my first tattoo experience and after this, I am certain it will not be my last! Jamie was super kind and made me feel very at ease when it came to getting my first tattoo. His art style is so unique and he managed to capture the concept I wanted perfectly. Holm studio as a whole is an amazing place to get a tattoo. The quality and the attention to detail is second to none and all the artists as so friendly. If you are nervous when it comes to getting a tattoo, all your fears will subside in an instant. I really couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you for such an amazing experience and I will 100% be back!
I’ve had the pleasure of being tattooed by both Jamie and Lewis at Holm Studio, and every visit has been an outstanding experience. The whole team is genuinely welcoming and creates a great atmosphere throughout the studio. Both Jamie and Lewis were fantastic during the consultations — it felt truly collaborative from start to finish. Their knowledge is second to none and they were great providing aftercare tips and recommendations. Their work is exceptional, and I’m already looking forward to planning my next piece. The coffee there is also incredible!
I had a wonderful experience with Lewis at Holm. The tattoo looks absolutely incredible and he made me feel at ease all day, as did the other artists in the studio. I'm really proud of the finished piece, and that Lewis was able to take part of my story and turn into a beautiful piece of art. Highly recommended.
I’m all for tattoo artists being able to refuse service but I’m unsure of the expectation of this place. Twice I have tried to book an appointment with Lewis and twice been told my project was not something he wished to do despite the 2nd project being almost entirely free reign, in their own words they want to know theme/subject/main message of the piece, I gave the criteria “growth and change” and got knocked back and when pushed for a response I got the same washy answer back.
Couldn't recommend Holm Studio enough. Went last week for my very first tattoo, done by Owen. Nice calm atmosphere and very welcoming. Owen was really kind and made my first tattoo experience really relaxing. My tattoo looks great, and everyone keeps commenting on how great the line work is. Thanks again
