   I’m attending a wedding next week and I had the signature manicure with BIAB done by Sophie and the massage and scrub was such a relaxing experience! My nails are exactly what I asked for and they look so beautiful and natural - thank you so much, I love them ♥️

   Had already booked from last night for today for gel infil with design for 13:30 left from there nearly 16:00. From the start was a disaster had a good shape before hand because have been going here for a year so every month have been a regular customer have brought them friends and family always suggested them but this time i asked for almond shape like i already had almond shape half of them were crooked half were stilettos! Then i got moved to a different person and she had to reshape the previous persons job. Then I got moved again to another person to start doing the design and then had to move again to another person to finish my design but then got moved to the previous person because they could not do a simple star! Even though I have been a regular customer i am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this treatment the nails came out bad, the circle is not even a circle just in total very disappointing because i thought i had found a place I could trust.

   I went along with my mum and sister to get our nails done for my wedding - we had a lovely time as the staff were so friendly, helpful and made a real effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We love our nails so thank you no.1 team!

   I paid for a full set for a works event the following day. When I got home some were sparkly blue and others non sparkly. Some nails were extremely thick and looked so big. I do not get nails done often but many people have told me this is not a professional job and I may of paid full price for a trainee! I was not aware! I give two stars as they did offer me back in but it was a bit too late as the event had passed and I felt too uneasy to return. I will not get my nails done again. I feel a refund should of been offered as it’s a lot of money for poor results

   Amazing service! No1 nails is a very fitting name! These were the best nails I’ve ever had. The staff were lovely and they really took their time! The service didn’t seemed rushed at all, everything was done with precision and excellence, you could tell all the staff members had a passion for their craft, I will not be going anywhere else!
