I had my tongue done by ash in Birmingham, the process was quick & easy but thorough. I went back to ash to get my piercing down sized at Pink Lady. Again - it was quick and easy and pain free. Wouldn’t go to anyone else now! Thanks ash :)
scott the tattooist is a proppa geeza!!! he sat with me for 6hrs to start a full sleeve on my arm and kept me entertained with conversation while completeing his masterpiece. he's full of knowledge and also very reassuring. Stuart the receptionist is also a sound l geeza he also is very good to talk to while maby going threw a bit of pain.lol.the shop is also very clean and there is sweets to help yourself to should you need the sugar rush. I will recommend them to everybody I know from now on.
Staff were really helpful, approachable and professional. Ash pierced me - he was super friendly, accommodating and reassuring about the whole process, going above and beyond to inform me on the details of aftercare and staying in touch if any issues came up with the healing process (they haven't). Overall, would recommend, 5 stars!
Great place, had many tattoos by Sarah which are always amazing and the hours pass quickly as she is so chatty! 10 year old daughter had ears pierced by Ash most recently, he was great at calming her nerves and got the job done perfectly, she is very pleased.

Got my first (but definitely not my last) from Scott at Pink Lady today. Scott and the entire staff could not have been nicer and more professional. Scott tattooed me to perfection based on a drawing done by 9-year old cousin and it came out beautifully. If I find myself in Worcester again, this will definitely be my first stop.
I visited Pink Lady Ink after hearing good things and they really did not disappoint. Sarah was just lovely and put me at ease from the very beginning. I wanted a very delicate shoulder tattoo and I got exactly what I wanted. Sarah listened to me and only proceeded once I was 100% happy. I love it and I can't wait to book in and add to it. Highly recommend ❤️
