Jo has been amazing support for my teenage daughter, she was able to support her through a tricky time and give her the tools to be able to work through similar situations in the future. Shes incredibly warm and friendly and put my apprehensive daughter at ease instantly.
Jo worked with our son over a period of a number of months. She helped him understand more about the anxiety he suffered, what triggers are and then gave him coping strategies to help deal with them. This has been highly beneficial for him. Jo was very patient and easy for my son to talk to, so he felt comfortable working with her.
Jo was a great help to our son in a number of ways. Helping him to identify anxiety trigger points, how to deal with challenging situations, giving him coping strategies and ways to enhance interactions with his peers.
