   We've been shopping here since it opened. Went seriously downhill during COVID with too many staff being very rude and having mini breakdowns throwing tantrums. Cooled down somewhat now of course but the biggest problem were and still are are the security staff looking out for only shoplifters. They allow certain people to bring in their electric bikes and scooters even wheeling them around the store but discriminate against others whose faces don't fit just trying not to get their cycles nicked/vandalized by the ferals roaming outside constantly drunk and begging. Store is in a war zone. Avoid if possible.

   Awful place, just got back from shopping and looked at the receipt. Bought a tub of quality street that was advertised at £2:98 and got charged £4:52. I phoned customer service and explained what had happened. She told me that the system hasn't been updated. Why the hell are they advertising it cheaper then? Unbelievable, typical asda, been ripped off so many times like this down the years by them. She asked me when I'll be back in and told her never. I implore everyone not to shop here. I see why asda is going to be the first big supermarket chain to collapse. I can't wait, I will smoke a cigar and do a irish jig when they go into administration. Vile place. Advertising cheaper prices and the poor customer pays full whack before they realise. Vile company.

   Store was fine, really helpful lady on shop floor and toilets spotlessly clean. Let down massively by a really rude Scottish man in the cafe, clearly doesn't want to work there and lets the store down, get him a customer service course or his P45 ! Throwing food on tables for people, zero professionalism and smile ?!!! Noooo.... way too much to ask !!

   Aside from the store being of local convenience and offering some decent products, I have been consistently disappointed and disgusted by the store’s cleanliness and customer service. Most of the staff are rude and ignorant, recently I was waiting over 15 minutes for a disgruntled and rude staff member to get me a parcel I had ordered to collect. The cleanliness of the store is another issue in itself, with the cafe having ripped, old chairs and an overall unhygienic demeanour. The car park is always in disarray, the stairwells are filled with rubbish and the stench in there is indescribably awful. At the very least the store needs to do better with its cleanliness and not treating customers like burdens, as the store could be a lot more welcoming and pleasant to shop in.

   It’s an Asda like any other. But redeeming parking is often an absolute joke. At self checkouts you have to track down a huffy member of staff and grovel for a voucher, which they seem to cling onto like golden chalices. It’s an inefficient and outdated system that just makes customers unnecessarily angry at the employees. Perhaps that’s why the staff at this branch are so weirdly hostile.

   Absoultely amazing staff here work their socks off and they are so helpful the staff in the cafe couldnt be more helpful friendly welcoming really really nice people hats of to them had a lovely lunch and drink my friend had a scone jam cream and cuppa I had veg soup and packet of crisps and cuppa tea to. The price was amazing really excellent for money. We was having lunch here it was clean we had clean tables very spacious

   Seriously their pharmacy just ignores customers, understood your busy understood you also dispense drugs but standing here writing this one meter away from a staff member who is just ignoring me. Not one care is given to Customer service total ignorance.

   Just been into get the new Hogwarts Legacy game! They have a dedicated stand where they had about five display copies on the shelf, took one to the till, then they turn round and tell me they don’t have any?? Why have them on display idiots!!

   This is a very pleasant Asda! There is ample mome car parking. It is accessible from the City Centre. Disabled parking facilities and access are good. The store is well stocked with s good range of groceries, clothing, items for the home and a Chemist. The staff were superb. When I asked for help finding an item they took me straight to the product. They were polite and courteous.
