Their prices are affordable, and they’ve consistently provided excellent care for our dogs. We truly appreciate the love and attention they’ve shown. Highly recommended! “Attended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn't know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.”

“Definitely one off the best places to eat in wolves. One off the few which are decent anyway. Good size portions plenty off flavour, chips are well seasoned and the corn is actually put on the grill unlike most places. I have also tried the prawns which are coated in a spicy marinade they are juicy and fresh!!! I would rather pay the extra few pound and have a decent meal which leaves me feeling satified.”

“When we took our beloved Frenchie we were terrified we were going to lose her. From the moment we met the vet we were reassured she was in good hands. Throughout the treatment the communication was excellent and the reassurance and sensitivity from the reception team to the vets was outstanding. “I just visited the Oldbury store. I have a bad back and it started locking when i was in the store. I was approached by a nember of staff who asked if she could help. This lady was so thoughtful and helpful towards me. She got me some tavlets and water helped me with my shopping. She foumd me somewhere to sit till the tablets worked. She even offered to help me home. The 2 ladies at the swlf server were great too. They scanned and packed for me offered to get me a taxi. It was brilliant to see such kimdness. Thabk you”

“As part of a large church group (20+) attending a Christian conference nearby we booked into this hotel for our three night stay. A number of the rooms are being upgraded which put pressure on the staff. However, every single request we made to the staff was met with a smile and impressive attitude to ensure our stay was as positive as possible. I cannot thank the staff enough. My wife and I were so impressed with their friendly customer service attitude. I would highly recommend staying here and hope that their employers appreciate them.
