“Woke up with an almost flat tyre, and drove to First Stop with no appointment or even a phone call. They offered repair or replace, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I was charged only £22 in total, and think both the service and value were excellent. There is also free tea/coffee in the waiting area, with a donation bucket, for a very worthy local charity, so if you like beverages, and good causes, it may be worth having small change.”

“I cannot fault Evans Halshaw Wolverhampton, I was given an amazing service after someone crashed into my car while it was parked and failed to leave details. I was pretty flustered as I was due to go on holiday 3 days later and needed to drive 900 miles with a car that had a badly damaged wing, and a damaged bumper, broken headlight and a damaged wheel. I originally popped in for a quote as was hoping for it to be affordable to pay for myself without having to put a claim in with the insurance against myself, but that’s what happened in the end as the damage and cost of repairs was unaffordable. The gents and lovely young lady were super helpful, put me at ease and even helped me complete the claim with the insurance on my phone and contacted them on my behalf to get me booked in as they had stopped taking new jobs on because they were so busy! I was kept updated every step of the way through Hastings and given live updates on the status of the repairs, a courtesy car was delivered to my home address and my car was delivered back to me at my work address less than two weeks later looking like a brand new car! Every member of staff I met was friendly from start to finish, and really empathised with me and the situation I was in. I hope the tubs of celebrations and thank you card I left in the footwell of the courtesy car made it back to the reception! I can’t thank you all enough for the service you’ve given me and feel that you deserve a positive, 5 star shining review to outweigh all the negative ones you have on here, I would 100% recommend to anyone needing repairs and encourage them to not take all the negative reviews into account and influence your decision, and put their trust in you with their vehicles, they won’t be disappointed! Thank you!”

“Convenient spot for a shop to be, short walk away from local residents and new build properties. Staff are friendly, shelves well stocked and plenty of choices for everyone. Post office located inside which is very handy to have, been convenient for me as new resident in the area has meant changing address on various different things requiring documents posting ect. Opening hours are suitable, one occasion I approached as shutting for a bottle of milk and they honoured their hours allowing me the last 2 minutes to purchase milk for the little one on the way back home from a long shift at work.”

“One of the bigger one stop shops I've visited. Plenty of parking although it is located by a busy road with only one entrance to get in and out. Nice big shop with big aisles. Plenty of produce available and they have a self service scan system, card only facility to beat any waiting time”

“Every thing seasonal,fruits including bananas,plumbs,apples etc ,plenty of veg pototoes ,carrots, cali etc plants,biscuits and frames ignore the last reveiw it has got bananas and the lady is very friendly and nice.I go there regulary now.Cheaper than super markets.”
