Dont order uber delivery, they will only have 3 out of 10 items in stock, why even bother sending it out should of just cancelled it? Look at their trust pilot reviews, how a store can even get bad reviews at all is mad but 85% 1 star????
Great little convenience store, Post Office counter and cash point inside and they do a great donation scheme for the local food bank. You can buy a bag of food for the bank for only £2 .....great idea. Friendly staff as well
No matter what day I go in, slowest service I’ve ever experienced in any other shop.
Polite helpful and welcoming members of staff in a great location. I was surprised by the amount of choice and variety of the products in the shop. There is also a post office inside the one stop shop.
Convenient spot for a shop to be, short walk away from local residents and new build properties. Staff are friendly, shelves well stocked and plenty of choices for everyone. Post office located inside which is very handy to have, been convenient for me as new resident in the area has meant changing address on various different things requiring documents posting ect. Opening hours are suitable, one occasion I approached as shutting for a bottle of milk and they honoured their hours allowing me the last 2 minutes to purchase milk for the little one on the way back home from a long shift at work.
Went in on evening now I know why co op is my first point of call customer service needs to change, can't say it is all staff but the one that served me, seemed like she really didn't want to help when I asked a question. This automatically gets my back up. Back to co op for me.
