“Excellent service. Came out on a Sunday and replaced our tyres. Both the man I spoke to on the phone and the man who replaced the tyres were very polite.”

“Woke up with an almost flat tyre, and drove to First Stop with no appointment or even a phone call. They offered repair or replace, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I was charged only £22 in total, and think both the service and value were excellent. There is also free tea/coffee in the waiting area, with a donation bucket, for a very worthy local charity, so if you like beverages, and good causes, it may be worth having small change.”

“I cannot fault Evans Halshaw Wolverhampton, I was given an amazing service after someone crashed into my car while it was parked and failed to leave details. I was pretty flustered as I was due to go on holiday 3 days later and needed to drive 900 miles with a car that had a badly damaged wing, and a damaged bumper, broken headlight and a damaged wheel. I originally popped in for a quote as was hoping for it to be affordable to pay for myself without having to put a claim in with the insurance against myself, but that’s what happened in the end as the damage and cost of repairs was unaffordable. The gents and lovely young lady were super helpful, put me at ease and even helped me complete the claim with the insurance on my phone and contacted them on my behalf to get me booked in as they had stopped taking new jobs on because they were so busy! I was kept updated every step of the way through Hastings and given live updates on the status of the repairs, a courtesy car was delivered to my home address and my car was delivered back to me at my work address less than two weeks later looking like a brand new car! Every member of staff I met was friendly from start to finish, and really empathised with me and the situation I was in. I hope the tubs of celebrations and thank you card I left in the footwell of the courtesy car made it back to the reception! I can’t thank you all enough for the service you’ve given me and feel that you deserve a positive, 5 star shining review to outweigh all the negative ones you have on here, I would 100% recommend to anyone needing repairs and encourage them to not take all the negative reviews into account and influence your decision, and put their trust in you with their vehicles, they won’t be disappointed! “Lepsons helped me to replace my old 17" alloys, by sourcing and fitting new, shiny, professional looking 18" alloys and tyres to match. Despite the wheels initially being ordered to the wrong branch, they managed to sort it out and get the alloys/tyres delivered up to Wolves within 24hrs a d get them fitted really quickly. This is the kind of customer service I have travelled an hour for, as oppose to my local garages.”

“I just visited the Oldbury store. I have a bad back and it started locking when i was in the store. I was approached by a nember of staff who asked if she could help. This lady was so thoughtful and helpful towards me. She got me some tavlets and water helped me with my shopping. She foumd me somewhere to sit till the tablets worked. She even offered to help me home. The 2 ladies at the swlf server were great too. They scanned and packed for me offered to get me a taxi. It was brilliant to see such kimdness. Thabk you”
