“My dog Tilly adores this shop and won't let us pass it by. She first visits the soft toys and after she has chosen one she makes for the chew aisle. This is difficult as she has so many allergies but we usually do find one she can take home to enjoy. We like this shop as it has wide aisles, a lot of selection and is extremely clean so we know Tilly won't be picking up anything nasty. The customer service is great and they are very patient with us.”

“Took my 15 week old puppy Stewie today for his 1st time to get the puppy package. Worth every penny, they were so good with him and he looks so fluffy and smells divine. He even came away with a certificate! 100% recommend. Thanks guys see you soon ❤️”

“My westie as been to this groomer several times. Amazing staff. the cut this time was the best he's had !! They certainly know how to cut a westie breed. Really pleased can't recommend enough. Alot of so called groomers haven't a clue how to cut a westie but these certainly do!!”

“I had a really positive experience today at Pets at Home Lichfield. I went in to buy some tropical fish and was helped by a staff member who had a professional appearance but also showed subtle signs of support for inclusivity and diversity. It made the environment feel warm, welcoming, and very much at ease. Their knowledge about the fish I was interested in was excellent, and they shared some genuinely helpful advice that I appreciated. As someone with ADHD and autism, shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but today’s experience felt calm, supportive, and without any pressure. I left feeling pleased, comfortable, and excited to return in the future for more tropical fish. A genuinely great visit.”

“My husband and I can't recommend Riversmeet enough. Vet Simona Oprea especially has been brilliant with our dog 4 year old blue merle border collie, Woody. He is a complex & rare case with Systemic Lupus (causing liver issues), immune-mediated thrombocytopenia and steroid induced cushing's (causing hair loss and muscle wastage). She has tried everything and been a great support in his recovery. He is improving everyday with his treatment and we couldn't be more grateful.”

“The reception staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. I stayed for a wedding and I needed a pin for my dress and an envelope - they helpfully searched for and provided both. We asked for a late check out at 10am that morning and were granted later check out at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and pleasant but would benefit from air conditioning.”

“Julie provides such a great service. Professional and totally reliable and most importantly of all, Hugo has a wonderful time on his walks. He sleeps for ages on his 'Julie' days. I can relax at work knowing Hugo really is in the best hands.”

“We visited this morning and tried breakfasts. The best taste ever we tried in the UK so far. Presentation and quality are good and match the price. Coffees are a big surprise. We love it. Will try the lunch dishes next time. The only thing that needs to be mentioned is the music, too loud.”

“Scooby’s grooming salon are so great at what they do and Jade always goes above and beyond for Macy and Milly. I can’t recommend them enough and reiterate how amazing they are! Jade helped us realise Milly had a problem with her knee and needed surgery without Jade we never would have known so we can’t thank her enough for that!”

The team there are wonderful, Charlie (5 yr old Cavapoo) was in great hands and experienced fantastic care and attention. He always comes back so happy and full of life. “It took a lot for us to leave our cats in a cattery as they are very shy and it was our first time But I knew this was the right place the moment I seen it. Lynsey and Carl were more than happy for me to visit before booking. It was quiet and so pretty. All of the cats had a huge space to live in and were rolling on their backs and purring when Lynsey and Carl went past each apartment. The space for the cats is huge. Plenty of room to play and climb, aswell as wild birds to watch from their windows. When we dropped our cats off we got to bring them to the room and settle them in. I cannot recommend this place enough. I felt confident knowing that our boys were in the best of hands and would be loved and cared for.”

“From experience the vet/nurses/receptionist etc are great people. My Tacco past away on Saturday, they had for years looked after him. This was a terrible thing to go thru but they made it the best it could be. The use of a separate part of the house for his passing, made for us, I little more bearable. I could not thank them enough.”

“We moved around often for work so change vets often, which means my dog is always a bit uneasy when entering a new vets. This practise is honestly the best we have used so far (and my dog is 12), the reception team are polite and friendly and the vet himself is honestly a joy to see around animals - immediately puts my dog at ease and gives him attention/fuss before doing any checks or treatment. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for their new practise for their furry friend!”

“Our beautiful gentle Leonberger Lola is our pride and joy so before entrusting her to any Doggy Daycare or Boarding hotel I had visited quite a few before we chose The Grove. The location is great, just off the M6 Toll in Lichfield. The kennels are super clean and well set up. The staff are really friendly and genuinely take an interest in the dogs. They looked after Lola and sent me pictures and a video of her while we were away. Their drop off/pick up times are really great and the best thing of all Lola came out of there looking like she'd had a ball!”

“Just picked up our little Jack Russell Rolo who is only 8 month's old who stayed for a 3 night stay for the first time, was of course a little apprehensive about him staying in kennels but needn't have been.Staff very friendly and welcoming even kept us updated with photos of him during his stay ,so much so booked him back in again for September,he came out full of beans and tail wagging , Thank you Edial for taking care of our beloved pet. 5⭐”

“Annie and Sammi always go above and beyond for my little monkeys Charlie (6) and Ivy (2), Charlie has been going from about 6 months old and has had skin conditions all his life, which has considerably improved since Annie’s expert care and advice. They go every 8 weeks without fail and love a good pamper and fuss! I simply wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They do an incredible job and most importantly my pups love them!!
