“We've been taking our two rescue guinea pigs to 608 vets since we got them over 3 years ago. For most of our visits we have been looked after by the exotic vet, Sergio Rodriguez Valera. As they've got older they've had a few issues and this year, they needed two operations each, first for gynae problems and then for skin tumours. Sergio has done an amazing job with them, dealing with some difficult issues in two of the ops, and both guinea pigs are now doing great. He always took time to explain what he was doing, answering our many questions, and really cared about how they were. Five stars isn't really enough. Thank you Sergio, I don't think it's overstating it to say they probably wouldn't still be here without you.”

“This a pet owner's dream. It is bright and inviting. An excellent selection of products everything your dog needs. Raw meat and veg frozen in small dogs especially for small dogs. Kibble, the whole gambit of dog foods is available. Toys, treats, fish oils. Plus parking a great advantage.”

“The service hotel is in an excellent location within the City of Birmingham, England. All the shops, restaurants, attractions are within easy walking distance. It is also easily accessible by road, train and coach from across the country. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and have all essential facilities included. The beds are comfortable with bedding and pillows to ensure a great sleep, which is also helped by the “black out” curtains. Water temperature and pressure is fully adjustable allowing for a perfect shower at any time.”

“A great hotel, supplemented by it's incredible staff, all of whom were so friendly, welcoming helpful, chatty and very competent. The studio room I stayed in was fantastic, incredibly clean, comfortable with every amenity required. A special mention of a the chap that helped with check in on Sunday 16th Nov around 8/9pm. He is a credit to your hotel, a great guy. Thankyou”

“I had a really positive experience today at Pets at Home Lichfield. I went in to buy some tropical fish and was helped by a staff member who had a professional appearance but also showed subtle signs of support for inclusivity and diversity. It made the environment feel warm, welcoming, and very much at ease. Their knowledge about the fish I was interested in was excellent, and they shared some genuinely helpful advice that I appreciated. As someone with ADHD and autism, shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but today’s experience felt calm, supportive, and without any pressure. I left feeling pleased, comfortable, and excited to return in the future for more tropical fish. A genuinely great visit.”

How amazing was it to go into the shop after travelling all the way from Gloucester to pick something to see a pet store that has so many hamster safe products, still a few that need looking at.. but someone had gone to the effort of building a complete set up at the back of the store, I’m sick of going in Pets at home and seeing all the unsafe cages, to walk in this store and see such a lovely set up, just for pets you did good, and credit to whoever did this set up ❤️”

“Catherine is a lovely lady, very caring & obviously loves animals, she sent me regular videos of my cats, which reassured me that they were being looked after as well as I do, I read her reviews and was pleased to find that she lived up to them. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her pet sitting/visiting and dog walking service to anyone. She has very kindly agreed to look after my girls at short notice. “Kitty Angels have looked after our two cats for their whole lives, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their communication is excellent, the cats clearly adore everyone who comes to look after them, and it’s so reassuring to have someone checking on not only the cats but keeping an eye on the house, drawing the curtains etc. Our cats aren’t the easiest to look after as they are normally allowed out during the day but are shut in the house while we’re away, which they don’t like and make determined efforts to escape, but Kitty Angels have been universally brilliant at thwarting their escape attempts and keeping them safely inside. One of our cats has medication twice a day and they are both raw fed and Kitty Angels have been perfect at managing their pills and food. They are the perfect company and I don’t know what we would do without them. Thank you!”

“Used the secure field for our new rescue dog to meet my sister’s dog for the first time - was perfect for it. Plenty of space for them both to run and roam and fencing/gates and grass etc. were all well kept. Communication also good. We will be back again with our dog for future play dates and recall training.”

“We have been coming to Hop-It Holidays for about 5 years and we don't go anywhere else. Our rabbits have stayed from 2 nights to 2 months. Really professional, knowledgeable and is just a great place for small animals. I know they are very knowledgeable about rabbits and very attentive so I know my two are in the best of hands when here and I can enjoy my holiday. The addition of the cameras helps to give peace of mind any time of day, wherever you are in the world. Highly recommended.”
