“On Saturday I had to have my cat put to sleep. The care, love and compassion from Deborah was amazing. Although it was past closing time she waited for my son and DIL to come to support me and she tranquilised Heidi so we could say our goodbyes to her. After she had died Deborah was still talking to her, even as we left I could hear her chatting to Heidi. Such care and true compassion I have never seen before. God bless you Deborah xx”

“I’ve been using this chemist for a few years now and have never had any problems. The staff are always professional, and although I’ve seen many new faces over time, every team member who has helped me has been friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They’re also very efficient at getting medication in stock if it isn’t available right away, which I really appreciate. The bargain shelves are a great addition for the community, and I used to enjoy the accessory stands they had — it would be great to see those return. It’s also fantastic to see them offering more advanced services now. Overall, a reliable and supportive pharmacy that continues to improve and serve the community well. Keep up the good work”

“I went to Lloyds a couple weeks ago to discuss weight loss medication options as I am overweight but not obviously, I have been struggling the last couple years despite calorie counting, running, swimming and weight training. Spoke to the pharmacy Ben and he suggested Monjaro but I have a huge needle phobia, he understood and even showed me what the pen looked like and the size of a needle used. I couldn't face it then so I went back Monday and the lady behind the counter suggested to come back to see Ben again to discuss further and she would put a Monjaro ready but no pressure if I decide I can't do it, very reassuring. I went back today, terrified and had a weight consultation with Ben, again he was very understanding and patient, talked me through everything and I finally did it, as he suggested, I did it myself so I know what to do for the next jabs. I am so grateful for his support, help and patience with me, couldn't of faced my fear without him. Thank you!!!”

“I have recently had my first weight loss consultation at the pharmacy. I was a little anxious about the appointment, to say the least, but the pharmacist made me feel at ease straight away - he was so kind and considerate. The pharmacist discussed the best weight loss plan for me and gave me all the information I needed. With his guidance I have started on one of the weight loss injections available and I am managing those injections at home myself. I will be seeing the pharmacist now on a regular basis to help me with my weight loss. Thank you Chris.”

“Loved this place. Our first time there for just one night to celebrate our anniversary. Will definitely be going back as we both felt so relaxed there. Beautiful settings and garden, great for heading out on a walk. Decor and ambience just lovely. Food was excellent (and not 'messed with' as my husband would say!). Our room, which was upgraded so very kindly and much appreciated, was brilliant. Wonderful views from large double aspect windows. Thank you.”

“We booked a spa day for four of us in November and loved every second. The facilities were immaculate, spacious and varied. There was so much to do and most importantly, the spa wasn't packed ridiculously full so you could actually enjoy it. The drinks, food and service were all great and the treatment was fantastic. Genuinely couldn't fault the team working and the spa itself, it was beautiful and the team were constantly walking round tidying blankets etc. and as you couldn't reserve the large beds, there was always availability too. I think the one slight issue (and this is being really picky) was that there was nowhere for the towels to dry so they ended up soaking wet by the end of the day but it's the smallest issue and didn't affect our enjoyment of the day at all. We're already looking at a date to come back.”

“Very clean cosy room . Probably the hottest night ever so the large fan was most welcome . Currently sitting in the courtyard which is a nice area. Very nice kitchen area for guests use . Here for my granddaughters graduation .”

“What a wonderful stay we had at The Tawny.We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and wanted somewhere special,where we could relax in nature. The meet and greet was great with Darren taking us to the Glade shepherd hut.A charming guy and extremely friendly. The service throughout was attentive but unpretentious We were particularly impressed with front of house during our 2 evening meals in the Plumbicorn restaurant. “Needed hotel as visiting family near by, this was in an excellent location. Alsager is a lovely town, we visited a lovely bakers and had a lovely lunch. Also pubs and couple of restaurants nearby for evening meals. If you like national trust, there's a quaint place called Little Morton Hall worth a visit. The hotel was run by lovely people, and the breakfast can't be faulted. We will definitely stay there again”

“Excellent and very knowledgeable. Started taking my two dogs here years ago as I had a malamute who was putting on weight and was stubborn, my lab just went along for a play. Been going for years for dog swims, our malamute would need a harness on and would have to be held in the pool by staff to make him do his swim workout wheras our lab to this day just runs around jumping in after toys. All ended with a wash and blow dry at £40 for 2, great deal. My mum now takes her border for swim and groom, he was scared of groomers and would snap at clippers previously but he is fine going here for good all over trim, even pulls to get in when on the carpark. My lab also gets very excited when she knows she's going here so must be enjoyable for them too, I love just watching them and chatting to the staff about any dog health concerns I have, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks guys.”

“A beautiful place to temporarily "home" your dog. He/she will be well looked after, loved and cared for as my best friend was. In other words totally pampered. You will have nothing to worry or fret about while you are parted from your friend. It is a professionally run business run by normal people who care. I'm already looking forward to booking my furry friend in for next year.”

“Despite the sad circumstances of bringing my cat to this veterinary clinic as an emergency, I was extremely impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the staff. Although my cat was ultimately too ill to recover and had to be put down, the staff were incredibly compassionate and understanding throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and provided comfort during a difficult time. I am grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary care.”
