I can't get in touch. Have been ringing and emailing for months trying to book my cat in for our summer holidays. No answer, no explanation. Even drove up there, and it looks like it's closed. Could have at least put a message on the answerphone. I'm not impressed with what is supposed to be a business

I wish I could give more stars, absolutely superb the whole way through! Our poodle has never been to a kennel before and my husband and I were very apprehensive to leave him, however couldn't have wished for somewhere better than Wren's Mews. Rena was superb, from the initial phone call all the way to collection. She was so accommodating, understanding and professional. Our little doggy is our baby and she treated him like one of her own. Usually he has a seperation anxiety from me and cries, but not yesterday. It was like Rena wisepered to him! He was so calm on collection and almost didn't want to leave! He was been a tired boy sleeping for most of today as he had a very busy yesterday. Thank you Rena, you have made this experience wonderful for us and Mr P !

This is the first time we have left our dogs and they have been fantastically looked after and settled really well. We will definitely use Wren Mews again

Our little timid dog went here for the first time recently. She seemed happy to go off with the owner and came home in good condition with no weight loss thankfully. Owner very pleasant and dog focused.

Excellent kennels and cattery. Wrens Mews owner has dogs and the cats eating out of her hands. She spends time with the pets left in her care and they are always tail wagging, and cats purring, with happiness. I have no hesitation in recommending the kennels and cattery as the place to leave your pets knowing they will be so loved and well looked after.

Wren went over and above her duty this weekend, when our beautiful old boy Oscar passed away in her care on Monday morning, she offered to keep him until we could get home on Tuesday and liaised excellently with the Crematorium staff when they came to collect him. I will be eternally grateful to Wren, as the couple of times he stayed with her he came back clean, calm and relaxed and never any trouble when we dropped him off, I think he really loved Wren ❤️ Oscar had been kennelled and home boarded over his 14 and a half years, but he always came back stressed, I only wish that we had found Wren years ago. Once again thank you from the bottom of my heart Wren for taking such care of our beautiful old boy xxxx

Took our cats and dog to these kennels for two weeks. The owner loves and cares for animals. Our dog was apprehensive about going to a new kennel as we had only just moved to the area. She was well looked after and was welcomed to come again. She seemed to enjoy her time there. Both our cats shared a kennel together and seemed to eat plenty whilst there. The kennels are set in a countryside setting. The prices are good and if two cats share the price does reduce.

A beautiful place to temporarily "home" your dog. He/she will be well looked after, loved and cared for as my best friend was. In other words totally pampered. You will have nothing to worry or fret about while you are parted from your friend. It is a professionally run business run by normal people who care. I'm already looking forward to booking my furry friend in for next year.
