I couldn’t recommend RBB enough, all the staff are incredibly friendly and it’s clear to see they have a genuine passion for what they do. They never make you feel rushed when attending appointments. They take the time to give you the information needed and answer any questions. My dog recently went in for minor surgery and i even got a little photo of her to take home which I thought was a lovely touch. I have visited 3/4 branches and all are brilliant.

I recently brought whiskey in to see the vet ,he was over 18years old.ofcourse we tried to prepared ourselves for the loss of a much loved pet. But you can not prepare, it was necessary for whiskey to not have any more seizures, not knowing if he was in pain. End of life care was quick a d dealt with such empathy, even taking time to listen to stories about my beloved beautiful little boy. I felt like he, was not just another dog passing away, he was very special. Thanks So much,it means alot. Kevin and Jacqueline x

Despite the sad circumstances of bringing my cat to this veterinary clinic as an emergency, I was extremely impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the staff. Although my cat was ultimately too ill to recover and had to be put down, the staff were incredibly compassionate and understanding throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and provided comfort during a difficult time. I am grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary care.

Good veterinary practice, but prices are very expensive. I think this veterinary practice could lower the price of medicine and medication in line with other practices. The consultation fee was ridiculously high and to be honest I begrudged it but this is how they sting you .

Nice little vets, we have only just joined/registered with them and the team we've met so far have all been really nice. Would love to give them five stars but man do they need some air conditioning installed. I know the fitted ones are expensive but there's some great deals on portable ones that'd do the trick. Not just for the animals but also for the poor vets, nurses and reception team! The real MVPs helping out all these lovely animals whilst in this heat. Edit: Went on my second visit for my pups flea treatment and they had mobile air con units! So changed my rating to 5 stars, great to see they consistently make the effort to make the place better for the pets and staff =)

Dudley Cat will just about tolerate you, but I think your service is amazing. Always thorough & talk me through everything. I feel at ease knowing Dudley is well looked after. :)

Following Covid measures means having to hand your dog over and wait outside. Luckily Muppet is fond of the staff at R,B&B so no problems. I had a phone call for an in-depth discussion with the vet which ended with a satisfactory treatment plan.
