   I am truly grateful to the team at Willow Vets for saving my cat Suzie’s life. She was in a critical condition when we brought her in and immediately received life-saving surgery. The vets and nurses were so kind, patient and caring throughout the whole process. They kept me well informed and I knew my cat was in the very best hands. Today she is home recovering – and that is only thanks to them. They are absolute angels, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Willow Vets to every pet owner!

   I took my cat to this clinic for her spaying procedure and, although I was a bit anxious, everything went smoothly. The staff were wonderful from the vet to the person at check-in, everyone explained the process clearly and kindly. They called me after the surgery with an update, including the blood test I had requested, and scheduled a follow-up in two weeks to make sure everything is healing well. The clinic was recommended by a friend, and I’m really glad I went. Everything was on time, stress-free, and very professional. I highly recommend them!

   An amazing vets. After struggling to get a diagnosis for our dog for over a year and dealing with a constant barrage of vets bills and medications that weren't working we moved to Willow. Not only was Charlie finally diagnosed he was offered scans and allergy tests which we'd begged for previously and were ignored. Sadly we ended up losing Charlie but the care and support we received from willow was amazing. Big thank you especially to Nic on reception and Charlie and Seamus the vets for looking after our fluffy friend when he'd been so let down before

   The staff were very good with eddie ..our cat ..he was in a bit of a state ..needed alot of work ..teeth .found a Lump .on his leg.. all done ..hopefully he will be fine ..Thank all the staff involved .better not forget.Ted the vet ..

   Can't fault the Vets or Nurse at the Willows. My dog collapsed Wednesday 1/7/21 while out, I did my best to do CPR and breath 4 him while awaiting help, Didn't know the area well and not even a client at the practice, But 2 Vets and a Nurse ran to help my 3 year old Newfoundland Lancer. Unfortunately they tried there best but couldn't save my boy. Talon Taylor loved and missed so much.
