    Placed an order online. It was a Sunday so didn't expect any confirmation until Monday. Never received any correspondence whatsoever from this company. One phone call to tell me something was out of stock on the Tuesday. It's now Saturday and still no sign of my delivery. Absolutely shocking, and I certainly won't be using them again. I've emailed them twice since I placed the order and have had no response at all.

    Be careful.....constantly getting overcharged and no itemised receipts offered, prices removed from products and no shelf prices on show, so having to ask. I used shop monthly for all my animals treats etc, but could never work out how they got it so much, and this was on my last 3 visits. It's a well stocked pet ship and I don't mind paying more for local small business but nearly double??? Staff are friendly but the owner is hit and miss, sometimes lovely, sometimes snotty. I've since found another pet shop that sells what I need and I seem to get loads more for my money yet prices are similar???

    Been buying my various bird feeding stuff there for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendly staff and prices still reasonable. Car park available. Sometimes very busy,nuff said.

    I've ordered from here quite a few times via the website. The site is easy to navigate with lots to choose from. Everything I've ordered has been of a high standard and my two dobermanns love everything I order particulary the furry rabbit ears. Delivery is fast and well packaged. Excellent service from beginning to end. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
