Mila says Hound Hall is her home away from home, she gets very excited when we turn by the school and starts 'talking' until we pull up outside. She loves Emma and loves her stays, we love the photos Emma sends showing her playing. As a Great Dane she has a tendency towards laziness, but Emma has managed to get interested in chasing balls.
Dib always has the best time at Hound Hall - next level dog care. As a dog that can be reactive with new people it’s a testament to the lovely nature of Emz that he felt safe with her as soon as he met her. Lost track of the number of times he’s been here since we found Hound Hall. But we wouldn’t dream of sending him anywhere else.
Me and my family are going on our first family holiday this year and was so scared to leave my dog, he is not just a dog he is my best friend and has not left my side since he was 9 weeks old. Looking around at places I was so scared thinking about leaving him in kennels or a dog sitter house. My next door neighbours recommended me to hound hall so me and my husband went and had a look around and instantly I felt relieved at such a beautiful, clean and welcoming luxury dog hotel. Emma the owner is lovely, bubbly and you can see how much dogs mean to her. We booked Zeke in for a night and he absolutely loved it there and I could see how well he was looked after, the play time the walks and how Emma spends quality time with each of the dogs and made sure there routine stayed the same and how she called us to keep us updated. I can not thank Emma and hound hall for making me feel so happy and relaxed and relieved and for Zeke to have an amazing time for his longer stay when we go on our holiday. I would highly recommend hound hall thanks so much.
We have left our pup Myla in the trusted hands of hound hall for a few long weekends, and i can say i am so happy with her stays! beautiful little homely rooms with a fab sized garden space and an amazing host! we also saw a couple pictures and myla looks like she’s having a fab time! Emma is amazing! she remembered little things about myla from her last stay and had a whole set of old toys and bits for her to destroy ready! you can tell how much time and care goes into this business, unlike places we have been before Emma genuinely loves and spends time with each guest and makes sure they have a homely stay! would definitely recommend!
Left my 3 year old chihuahua here and when we got back after 2 weeks he was as happy as ever. We did have concerns about leaving him on his own for so long but the staff put our mind at rest and they gave daily photo and video updates of our little boy via their facebook page. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Hound Hall is a fantastic hotel for dogs. We know this because our dog has had many happy holidays there. We have just collected him from his latest stay. As always during his break we had updates on his well-being and saw lots of photos of him having a wonderful time. His happiness was down to the super care, love and attention given to him by Barbara and Martin. They have a vast understanding of dogs, and cater for the individual requirements of each guest. Our dog loves Barbara and Martin, and when he stays at Hound Hall we know he is in safe hands. Thank you Barbara and Martin for looking after our smiley Giles so well. Alison and Graham.

In my experience, Barbara and Martin go above and beyond - each of my three dog's needs has always been carefully considered and they are looked after to perfection; in particular, my very anxious rescue Setter, Snowie. Every time they stay at Hound Hall I know that I can escape my busy life and enjoy my holiday in the knowledge that Teddy, Snowie and Sparky are in the best possible hands - and it's worth a million! If you are considering Hound Hall for the first time, without hesitation I cannot recommend it enough.
Without a doubt there is no other place in the world that I would trust or leave my fur babies with. One of my girls has many health conditions and the care I had from Hound Hall was home from home which is the most important thing for me to give me peace of mind and comfort when I go away. Updates were regular, nothing too much trouble. Truthfully you don't get much fussier dog owners than us and this is the only place I would leave them. I feel lucky to also live in Shropshire but if I was 200 miles away this is where I would come to. Thank you Barbara and Martin - truly you are the best. xxxx ♥
