This small hotel is in a great location, parking is always a bonus for the convenience. The welcome was very nice and friendly, the room was a nice size very clean with everything we needed. We were also greeted at departure. Couldn't recommend it enough.

A privately run hotel with its own charm. Very clean and they take a real pride in presentation. Our room was well decorated, quiet and comfortable. There is no catering, but we like to explore the local restaurants in the evenings. I only have a coffee in the morning there is a Starbucks over the road if you wanted. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room too. Would I stay again, absolutely! We received a warm and friendly welcome and the room was very nicely appointed.
Absolutely lovely hotel. The manager could not have done enough to make us feel welcome and settled. Our room was stunning so comfy and it was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend for its great value and charm.
Small but nicely decorated and spotlessly clean room. Comfy bed, lovely lovely shower. On a main road but still acceptably quiet. Parking would be a bit tight for a larger vehicle, but was fine for my Kuga. Friendly service desk who successfully solved an issue with the television in time for me to chill out for the evening, and found me a phone charger to borrow as I'd forgotten to pack mine. Easy walking distance from the local pub.
Abit dated and shower had no power but the price was ok so can't complain for the price. Good parking and good location.
I have just stayed for 4 weeks and can honestly say I was very impressed with what I was presented with. I good sized, clean studio with all the facilities that one would need. After initially enquiring about a short or long term stay, Hans made me feel welcome and was very friendly. Very nice man with time for others. A great stay!
Just spent 2 years at the Abbey Hotel while working away from home, Hans and Norma made me feel welcome from day 1. Lovley place to stay with good facilities and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recomend the Abbey for long or short stay.
If you need a short or long stay place that is clean comfortable and warm .you couldn't go wrong staying at the abbey hotel .stayed for a month and couldn't find one thing to moan about .good parking amazing shared kitchen if you need it but some rooms Have kitchenette .come and go as you please and now for the good bit the owners are amazing true old-fashioned lady and gentlemen and the son very kind .was a true pleasure to stay and was sorry to leave .thank you abbey for looking after me .
Nice place to stay in Stafford. Very friendly boss who helped us a lot. Nice room with even a small kitchen. Next time I'm in Staffort I stay there again.
