We’ve just arrived home from a fabulous stay here. We arrived after a long trip up from Plymouth to be met with tea and homemade cake by Mike and a room upgrade. The room was lovely and absolutely spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast next morning was absolutely fantastic and Mike gave us a lift to Nelson’s distillery for the gin school. At the end of the day Mary came and picked us up and we went back to find the log burner in the lounge lit and had a nice few hours resting in the lounge. They had made a reservation for us in the local village pub which was superb. The breakfast this morning was wonderful again and we would highly recommend a stay here. We just need to find more reasons to come up north again! Thanks again for a fantastic weekend.

Another amazing weekend spent with friends at Grangewood Glamping. The facilities offer everything needed to completely relax and spend time together on this beautiful site or use as a base to venture a little further if you choose. The tents are so luxurious and comfortable, the indoor areas are an added bonus allowing you to self-cater as well as take those all important showers, store your drinks and snacks, sit around under cover if needed. I thoroughly recommend that you look at the option of Mary and Mick providing some of your catering as the food is just fabulous. We had breakfasts, BBQ, evening meal on arrival and a Sunday lunch. Lots of fresh home grown food included too. Just a perfect getaway where the hosts have thought of everything to give a warm welcome and a great stay. Set a date, get your friends (or family) together; you won't regret it!

My wife and I have just returned from the Grange where we had the pleasure of staying in the Shepherd's hut which is Mary and Micks new adventure. We checked in to find a great selection of tea and coffee waiting for us with slices of delicious home made cake. A lot of planning and thought has gone in to creating this ' away from it all' experience including a box of books and games and a torch for walking back when it's getting dark. Also a kitchen shed with pots pans and kettle if you want to cook. Its set in a beautiful location with no one to overlook surrounded by countryside where we went for walks. And only a ten minute drive to a nice pub restaurant where we had a meal. Then a nice shower in the Shepherd's hut and a dip in the private hot tub outside. We woke to a bright sunny day and had breakfast outside listening to the birds singing. We had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble for Mary and Mick who were the perfect hosts, we wish you both the best of luck for future because you deserve it. We can't wait to return. Tony and jayne.

Great romantic weekend away for my Birthday. We stayed in the Gypsy caravan which was really snug with laden hamper breakfasts. Wonderful wood fired hot tub in the wood to relax and unwind in looking up at the stars. Highly recommended

Mike and Mary was excellent hosts and very welcoming. Me and my partner loved the room and slept very well . It was so quiet being away from the main road and bed was so comfortable also the room was spotless. We went to Nelson's gin class and mike was even willing to drop us off there nothing is to much for them. The breakfast was also amazing with home made bread there was more than enough food . Will we stay again?...... most definitely!
