Our cat is very happy there, we have left him there about 8 times now over the past few years. Marion really likes cats and is very kind.
Two old people, not able to look after animals anymore. "Particular" about money upfront. Only open 1 hour a day, I'm assuming this is to hide what is going on the rest of 23 hours a day. Attitude is a disgrace. Both very strange, rude people. Not enough space to write what occurred when I picked my cats up. They don't request vaccination card for pets. Obsessed with what they "don't do". As opposed to what they do do, which I'm guessing, is leaving pets in cages all day. Cats came home in a terrible state. Please do not leave your animals here
Brilliant cattery, animals were in comfy, bright, and clean space with lots of interaction with other cats (through screens, so they were completely safe) . I have no complaints about how our very young cat was looked after, she came back very happy and had been very well looked after. and I will certainly use this place again.
Excellent facilities, clean, spacious and safe. I had to leave my dog in for an extended period due to ankle surgery and the Greggs couldn't have been more helpful with arrangements. When I was finally able to collect him he was clean , well fed and very happy. I couldn't recommend these kennels highly enough. Thank you! ; )
Have Used Greggs for last few years. Roy & Marion are polite and courteus. Kennels and play areas are clean and dogs are well looked after.
My Lhasa Apso was very happy staying with Roy and Marian over the Easter break. The cat didn't want to come home, he got back into his bed when I tried to put him in the cat carrier. Thank you Roy and Marian.
My dash hound Oscar loves his stay here. He seems happy and well cared for when picking him up. He’s a very nervous dog with anxiety with strangers but has no issues coming here. Lovely friendly couple that run it.
Booked my cat and dog in here, with 48 hour of booking I called back to cancel the cat booking but keep the dog booking and “gentleman” on the phone told me to “get lost” and he won’t be taking the dog either. Think the owner needs to evaluate is customer service skills. I’ll not be back, used them every year including other family members. Safe to say we won’t be back. Can’t believe how rude they were. Safe yourself the hassle of dealing with these guys
