βAmazing host Well stocked Breakfast in bar fridge Cleanβ
βWe stayed here in September 2025. We usually are quite happy staying at a Hilton and this was no different. The people were quite friendly. We had breakfast each morning that was quite delicious. The location wasn't that great as it was difficult finding nearby restaurants. So, we ate dinner each night at the hotel restaurant. The meals were very nice. It was a nice quiet atmosphere and really very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and nice and clean. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay.β
βLove this hotel. Check in was friendly and nice and I got a late checkout when we left because Iβd joined Ihg rewards a few years back. The room was smart, clean. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed with white cotton linen. The cleaning staff are the best. Tea/coffee in the room. We were very happy The location is great. Itβs on the end of historic Sandy Row. Right by the grand central station trains and buses. Close to The Crown Pub which is very famous. Easy walking distance to the centre full of shops and great places to eat. Tip if youβre coming from the station look for a place called Halt. Itβs got a bright yellow entrance. If you walk in and go straight to the other end you come out at the hotel. (Plus itβs a fab place to eat.) The holiday inn breakfast is the best. Every item is well made and thoughtful. Items vary from day to day. We loved Anna who was a waitress there. So kind and friendly. Nice vegetarian section too. All together a lovely stay. We felt at home there. Weβd definitely stay again.β
βLovely hotel, good location and friendly staff on check in. Room was really clean and well appointed. I had spoke with live chat prior to staying, they helped arrange a birthday surprise for my fiance, which was great! Breakfast was lovely and not too crowded, bagels were delicious along with waffles. This hotel also has a well equipped gym, with enough machines to get a decent work out.β
βWent to Christmas Party event on 5th December. We pre-ordered food which had a good choice. Soup and main course was served piping hot, roast beef was extremely tender and vegetables cooked to perfection. The Christmas pudding was nice and moist. Very generous portion sizes. The best dinner I have had at any Christmas do. The staff all very friendly and attentive and the service was excellent. The entertainment (DJ and band) were very good and catered for everyone. Any part of the hotel I saw was very clean and well maintained. I can't comment on the bedrooms as we did not stay overnight. Will definitely be back at the Beechlawn.β
βLoved the personality of all the staff, very friendly and helpful. Place was spotless. Food was fabulous.β
βExcellent place. Dog friendly ... The menu is quite large and good. Lots of attractive options. I would say prices are above average, but I think it is really worth it. The backyard is fantastic for sunny days. We'll definitely go again!β
βSpent 4 nights here the room was lovely and staff were amazing breakfast was included in the price and it was very nice we will be backβ
βWe had such a great time here! From the moment we checked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming (and yes, the warm cookie on arrival was a lovely touch!). We made full use of the pool and sauna β both were really clean and well maintained, and it was such a nice way to unwind. Later in the evening, we had a few drinks outside the bar and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The service was excellent and there was a good selection to choose from. Thereβs honestly loads to do at and around the hotel β whether you want to explore the grounds and play golf, relax, or stay active. The location feels peaceful and tucked away, but still close enough to Belfast if you want to head into the city. We left feeling totally refreshed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!β
βWe stayed for our friendβs wedding, which was amazing. The staff were all lovely and always smiling, and the rooms were gorgeous. The food at the wedding was amazing. The rooms were lovely and well looked after. However there was a lot of hair on the bed and found on the shower head and inside the bottom of the Dyson hair dyer. The fridge in the room was a nice add, however when we checked out the prices it put us off completely. Β£3.50 for Pringles which you could get a big box of Pringles at the shop for Β£2.00. On the bright side, we went for lunch the following day and it was gorgeous. We had strawberry daiquiris for Β£15.00, which was a bit pricey, but they were so nice that we still bought them. However, if someone is paying to stay, they expect decent prices.β
ββββββ "5 stars for The Lansdowne Hotel! I held a psychic mediumship evening here and was so impressed by the venue. The function room was beautifully decorated, but the service was the real highlight. The team went above and beyond, with a special mention to Ashley, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the night. I will definitely be booking again."β
βStayed here a few times for work. The rooms are varied but the last one I had was enormous and very cosy. The cooked breakfast is excellent too, the food was good quality. However the continental breakfast was a bit lacking, better pastries and some more dietary options are needed! I had to ask specifically for non dairy milk (come on, it's so common) and no non dairy options on the table for yoghurt or milk.β
βStaff was very friendly and helpful especially night staff! Rooms were clean and nicely set up family room with 2 singles had 1 temporary bed. Came to check in at 3.30 had to wait just under an hour to get into the room but staff was very friendly about it and to be expected on a concert night. Room had a nice view and location was absolutely ideal for going to a concert in the SSE. Breakfast was a good price had a really good selection well worth it. Would stay here againβ
βThis hotel is in prime location. Overall stay experience was great with good breakfast, lovely staff and a clean comfy room. Third-time lucky: initial room, and second room after a reallocation, had a foul smell from the bathroom. Debbie and Jake on reception were very helpful and found us a third alternative room which was fresh-smelling. We made use of the luggage store at the hotel, also. This was quick, easy and super convenient.β
βThe experience from start to finish was first class. The Hotel itself is just beautiful and comfy.....Bar, Restaurant and rooms. We stayed in a club deluxe which was priced at Β£115, very good for Belfast. Staff were very nice and helpful; and the beds were so comfy.β
βRoom was very small but had everything we needed. Could do with a tiny fridge but still ee were happy with all. The bathroom was lovely, modern and clean, had soap and clean towels for us. Staff were very nice, breakfast warm and tasty with nice coffee and fresh fruit, plenty of space to sit and enjoy it. The hotel was quiet, beds comfortable, had grest sleep. It also has a nice clean and modern gym. I would definitely stay again.β
βI attended an event at The Balmoral Hotel on Saturday, organised by my jiu-jitsu club, and it couldnβt have gone better. The place itself is beautiful and has a real sense of occasion about it. The staff were fantastic β friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do. Everything ran seamlessly from start to finish, and the food was spot on. You could tell a lot of care went into making sure the night was enjoyable for everyone. Itβs rare to find a venue that delivers across the board like that. Iβd definitely recommend The Balmoral to anyone planning an event or looking for somewhere impressive to celebrate.β
βcurrently here on business for 3weeks, stayed here before, the rooms are brilliant and the food is fantastic. But i have to mention William, he is front of house and cannot do enough for you, as soon as you enter the building this guys is here to help. he is professional and always has a smile on his face. from checking in to sitting down for a meal to checking out he cannot do enough. he is a credit to the companyβ
βGreat hotel, and I love that it's kid-friendly, with many families with small kids around. Starting with the room, it's a great space. The temperature is perfect β not too hot, not too cold β and it's late October. The restaurant was fine. The food was good, and the staff was great. They had a Halloween event this weekend, and it was the highlight of the hotel. It was just amazing! The kids loved it, and we did too. There was a Halloween disco and then a pumpkin carving with a bouncing castle. Such a great time! I love this event and we will definitely come back for more.β
βFirst class. They genuinely love the dogs in their care, a great set up and lots of photos to let you know your dog is having fun!β
βWe really enjoyed our stay at The Avenue Belfast! The morning of our arrival we got an email with all the important details including the code for the key safe etc. Our Room and bathroom were both really clean and seemed to be freshly renovated. The common area was cleaned daily and the housekeeper was a real sweetheart! He gave us two umbrellas, because we forgot ours at home and it was pouring outside. Thanks again for that! When coming to visit Belfast again, we'll surely stay at the avenue Belfast!β
βStayed here the night before my wedding on the 15th November and stayed the night of the wedding 16th November and stormont hotel went above and beyond for us. Nothing was any trouble at all! The room was absolutely beautiful. Got little congratulations cupcakes to come to also! Was such an amazing stay! wish I could give more stars! β€οΈβ
βGood location designer outlet within walking distance 12 minutes from Belfast International Airport Large ASDA across road . Rooms ok depending on were the room is situated can be very noisy if rooms are situated adjacent or above the main entranceβ
βGreat rooms, greater staff, one of our colleagues fell ill and they were absolutely great and hospitable in accomodating our every need, even changed sheets at 9pm without hesitation. The ladies at reception were lovely. The breakfast was great too. Couldn't recommend more!β
βReally helpful staff. Turned up several hours early hoping to leave our bags so we could go and explore Belfast before check in, and the room was ready so they checked us straight in. Came down early for breakfast on our last day, ready for an early flight, not realising it was served later at the weekend, and they were happy to accommodate Room was clean with everything we needed. Nice bar area. Excellent location. Reasonably priced. Would definitely go back. Thanks!β
βFirst time visiting the hotel and very impressed. From a fantastic welcoming, taking drinks orders and food orders a very polite and so friendly staff. Beth, Nikita, Chloe and Ronan were so polite and professional with warm smiles. We will definitely be back. Food was beautiful. A credit all round to the Ramada Group.β
βThe property was lovely. Loved the decor and it was very clean and well maintained. GREAT central location, just steps from the train station. Quiet, comfortable room -- great bed and pillows. And loved the soft, fluffy towels. Would definitely stay again. :)β
βFollowing a minor car accident. I quickly booked a room for the night as I was stranded. On arriving at the hotel I found out that I had booked a room for the next evening and that there were no rooms available. I didn't know what to do as it was the early hours of the morning. The staff in Lisburn couldn't have been more helpful. They allowed me to sit in the lobby until a more decent hour when I would be able to get transport home. Dawn and Natasha helped me to relax after the stressful incident, made me tea and chatted to me during the night. They were absolutely wonderful and showed that they genuinely cared about me even though I wasn't a guest at the hotel. I can't thank them enough. I watched them showing the same kindness to the other guests as they started to get ready for their day. Fabulous ladies.β
βPerfect charming Irish experience. The rooms are big and with high quality bedding. Delightful host !β
βThis is a great hotel. We've stayed here before but it was over 20 years ago and I think it was called the Crescent Townhouse then. The staff were great, friendly and welcoming. I have allergies and so asked to have hypoallergenic pillows and this was no problem. I wish I had also asked to have all the bedding replaced as the duvet was down filled but ghat was my fault for not thinking to ask. The free beer in the fridge as you enter the hotel is a lovely touch. You can opt for a discounted room above the bar but we chose not to. There was still noise but this didn't affect us too much. The staff in the bar were also great.β
