   We stayed for a week over the Xmas period. The rooms themselves were good - a bit more than you would expect for a 3* hotel. The staff were amazing! Great service, very friendly and helped us out quickly with whatever few things we needed. 6* Service! Breakfast was tasty and well priced for all you can eat.

   Following a minor car accident. I quickly booked a room for the night as I was stranded. On arriving at the hotel I found out that I had booked a room for the next evening and that there were no rooms available. I didn't know what to do as it was the early hours of the morning. The staff in Lisburn couldn't have been more helpful. They allowed me to sit in the lobby until a more decent hour when I would be able to get transport home. Dawn and Natasha helped me to relax after the stressful incident, made me tea and chatted to me during the night. They were absolutely wonderful and showed that they genuinely cared about me even though I wasn't a guest at the hotel. I can't thank them enough. I watched them showing the same kindness to the other guests as they started to get ready for their day. Fabulous ladies.

   We stayed in a family room. It was very clean and well organized. Reception staff welcomed us warmly and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is close to the city center and there is no issue with car parking. The only thing missing was a small fridge in the room, which is available with Plus membership, but we did not consider this a drawback.

   Absolutely wonderful experience! And would definitely be going again. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms were absolutely immaculate and comfortable. The only thing i can say is if you dont drive it can be slightly difficult to get to but once we established taxi's and buses, it was easy to get to. The food was scrumptious. I cannot fault this Premier Inn at all. Thank you for making our first time in Lisburn an amazing experience

   Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable but looking tired and in need of refurbishment. Hotel is quite away out of Belfast city centre if that important to you.

   It has been a few years since we visited this Premier Inn, staff very friendly at reception and in the bar. The room we stayed in room 119, decor is tired and could do with a touch-up of paint. Other than that, everyone slept well, and the room served the purpose that was needed. We didn't stay for breakfast this time. We would all happily visit again.

   The staff here are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble! The rooms basic but they are clean. We stayed for three nights and the room wasn't cleaned and towels weren't changed during our stay.. this is in line with Premier Inn's covid policy which is absolutely fine... if you want your room cleaned or towels replaced, just ask at reception, no problem. The food in the attached 'Table Table' restaurant is good quality and the portions are good. This is my second stay and I would definitely stay here again!

   Stayed here for 10 night the staff were always friendly and helpful and always made us feel welcome and couldn't do enough to help us and as it was a group of 8 off us it eas a fair bit to do.The rooms were clean and tidy.The food was good and service was always prompt and friendly. Especially like to mention Dillon and Alex the certainly went the extra mile. They are real assets to the place. Would definitely stay there again

   Excellent location, great value for money. However, the decor (carpets/ paint work) lobbies and rooms is very tired. The facilities need sprucing up to the expected Premier Inn standard. The staff members were welcoming and friendly
