“I had my viewing with Amani last week to see an apartment, she went so into detail on explaining everything to me and let me take my time on looking through the apartment to make sure i was happy with it and it’s what would’ve suited me. Anytime i have had to contact Amani she has replied instantly and i’m so thankful for how she dealt with everything thus far. Amani and Yasmin have both been so lovely throughout this process!”

Stefan was always quick to respond to any issues and they were always very quick to reply to any communication, something I haven't witnessed when renting through other estate agents. “Following a minor car accident. I quickly booked a room for the night as I was stranded. On arriving at the hotel I found out that I had booked a room for the next evening and that there were no rooms available. I didn't know what to do as it was the early hours of the morning. The staff in Lisburn couldn't have been more helpful. They allowed me to sit in the lobby until a more decent hour when I would be able to get transport home. Dawn and Natasha helped me to relax after the stressful incident, made me tea and chatted to me during the night. They were absolutely wonderful and showed that they genuinely cared about me even though I wasn't a guest at the hotel. I can't thank them enough. I watched them showing the same kindness to the other guests as they started to get ready for their day. Fabulous ladies.”

“We got married at Brookhall last summer and had a really special day in intimate surroundings with family and close friends. This is the perfect place for a unique, personal, relaxed wedding all in one spot if you want to avoid the standard corporate hotel event. We hired the cottages for family and friends, had family dogs there throughout the day and enjoyed the beautiful gardens, lake and wildflower meadow for photos. Rosemary and Pauline were so helpful, supportive and accommodating throughout, gave us lots of suggestions and contacts from caterers and bar service providers to events decorators. Everyone commented that ours was one of the most relaxed weddings they had attended and no doubt the Brookhall team made that possible. We would definitely recommend Brookhall and will always have fond memories of Rosemary, Pauline and our special day.”

“Quick Let took over management of our property from another letting agency and the transition was very smooth. Our property manager Tom was very responsive and helped with any issues we had. When moving out the exit inspection and decision on return of deposit funds was very quick and they supported us in receiving our full deposit back.”

I would advise more than a nights stay so you can take advantage of the sauna. Steam room a. Pool and hot tub. Worth every penny. The breakfast was first class”

“I regularly stay at All Season's. This b&b is in a great location on this Lisburn road near plenty of great shops and restaurants. The room rate is very reasonable - every room has an en suite bathroom and they are always clean and tidy. WiFi is great for streaming. Breakfast is included and is excellent. The proprietor Theo and family are lovely people and very accommodating - as a result I prefer to stay here instead of the many chain hotels in Belfast. Cannot recommend highly enough.”
