On arrival we were very impressed by the appearance and cleanliness of the interior entrance area. We were greeted on level 2 and the staff were very helpful. On entering the apartment we were very happy with what we found. The apartment was spacious and spotless. The beds were comfortable and had everything you could need. Bathrooms were spotless and the only criticism I could offer is bath towels were small. We would all be happy to stay here again. A massive thank you to all involved in the running of these apartments.

While the Manager was lovely and the receptionist was helpful I cannot recommend a stay here. I did check out earlier than booked and they obligingly refunded that comment which I wa grateful for. Good things: location, space, nice staff, washing machine was good and appeared cleaned. Not great things: The smell of mould (which could not be located) in our room was so strong it did not go away. After we left out clothes and belongings smelt like mould for days. I cannot help but wonder if this would have affected our health in the days we stayed. I became quite sick after staying but that may have been due to the travel. Space was not adequate for a family with suitcases. Despite some upgrades (I am guessing) to the bathrooms and those being clean the apartment walls are very tired and dirty. I expected “serviced,” meant to very day and it was not. I had to ask, they obliged willingly and we got fresh towels and sheets day 3. When we arrived the dish washer was full of someone else’s dirty dishes and despite putting it on a few times they did not come clean and we had to wash their dishes. While there was a washing machine there was no clothes horse but it was a washer dryer if you’re used to that type of system, we don’t tumble dry being from Australia it shrinks our clothes!! The cushions on the couches needed a good wash and couches including a pull out (we paid to he sheets on) was very yucky looking and needed an upgrade, when folded into the couch it was brown underneath and yuck. The top was fine. The floors and the table are sticky (cannot be cleaned). We had to get our own toilet paper. The beds were hard. The pull out was dire. There was no broom to sweep the floor and after a tissue in the wash we really needed to sweep the floor. A washing basket would also have been useful for getting clothes out of the machine. Overall I cannot recommend. They were lovely people who ran it though.

After many weeks of travelling and more to follow, we were grateful for a very roomy nice apartment. The secured parking, the bus so close to go to the city, and the supermarket next door were a godsend. Interesting cafes, parks & Ulster Museum nearby. Would definitely stay at Cordia again should we be lucky enough to be in Belfast again. Have to say it was probably one of the best places we stayed. Thank you very much

Great stay at Cordia apartments. Convenient location with a bus stop very close outside which takes you directly to the city centre. Basic straightforward accommodation at a reasonable price. Varnika and Nadine were really helpful and very responsive to any queries. Very impressed by the service.

The location and environment of the flat is very good, the price is very affordable and we felt very good during our three days here. In addition, the owners, varnika and rahul, helped me to recover my lost wallet, thank you very much!

We have stayed here previously and found it very convenient. It is right next to Tesco where we could shop for food and other essentials. There is an underground car park with access through a smart key operated door. A short distance away is a park with a large playground and a coffee booth. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day but the staff are very polite and helpful. There is a small play area next to reception. The rooms are well kitted out with kettle, toaster, microwave and oven. Cutlery, glasses and crockery are all supplied. Bathrooms are supplied with clean towels, shampoo and shower gel. Rooms have TV, seating and dining table and chairs.
