We should have been on holiday beginning of October, disappointed we could not go but somethings are more important. We had been advised of a refund which would take approximately 28 days . Well today I have had a full refund, I will definitely be using Hays travel again as their word is their bond . A very well done to all concerned .”

I was a little worried as she tends to not follow instructions all that well and can become easily distracted but Alicia and the team were amazing with her. She pays attention and counts down the days until her next lesson. We started off just with one dive, hoping she would enjoy it and now, she's doing her PADI Scuba Diver Certificate and can't wait to get in the water. Her confidence has grown hugely. Even the coursework that comes with the course has her hooked- watching the videos and answering the questions. Any enquiries we have about lessons or future courses are answered quickly.
