My dad came in to get me a gift card as a birthday gift worth £1500. the older lady put the start date of the gift card for 2021 and end date as June 2025. It was already July 2025... My dad came back to the store after the gift card was posted through different countries and was told the balance was £0 and that it was expired when it was them who created it 8 days prior. This situation has caused us immense stress and has ruined the gift and surprise. He was not met with any apology or accountability for the mistake by the staff. I am not one to write google reviews but this situation was so simply stupid and unjust. I hope this is a lesson to the staff to be attentive to details especially when people are paying large sums of money and are getting gifts for others because stupid mistakes like these can really ruin special moments for others. I also hope its a lesson for an improvement in customer service when it was you who is guilty of making the mistake.
Booked a family holiday with Sarah at the Lisburn branch, there was no availability for 10 of us on the same date but Sarah was able to amend the booking slightly to get us all at the same hotel. Sarah made our booking quick and stress free and nothing was too much, really happy with the service we received.
Was in the Lisburn TUI today and received excellent customer service from Sarah. Always a pleasure to go and do business there. She was efficient and lovely to deal with ❤️

From the minute i walked into the shop on Sunday 12th February , I was greeted with a beautiful warm smile from a Lady called Joanne. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this travel agents and will be back , especially if they are all as good at their job as Joanne .
Big thank you to Debbie for sorting out our cruise holiday recently. She went above and beyond to find the best deal for us.
