   I had my viewing with Amani last week to see an apartment, she went so into detail on explaining everything to me and let me take my time on looking through the apartment to make sure i was happy with it and it’s what would’ve suited me. Anytime i have had to contact Amani she has replied instantly and i’m so thankful for how she dealt with everything thus far. Amani and Yasmin have both been so lovely throughout this process!

   Review for Adam Keown, Property Manager (2025). Adam has really delivered a first-class service in his role as Property Manager for Quicklet (Lisburn branch). Since taking over the property management portfolio as part of a recent restructuring, Adam has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, communication, and proactive management. Following his takeover of management for my Rental Property 2025, Adam immediately began reviewing safety compliance aspects to ensure they aligned with current UK legislation, specifically regarding smoke alarms and fire safety measures. When he noted the property might require updated installations or checks, he proactively sought confirmation and offered to arrange necessary work and quotations to bring the property fully up to standard. Furthermore, Adam ensured the property was maintained to a high ongoing standard by diligently addressing issues reported by tenants. Also, very critically, Adam was able to expertly navigate some more tricky tenant matters, his training and expertise into Letting Management shun through clearly.
