Selling my late father’s house was an emotional and difficult experience, and I can honestly say that moving to UPS was the best decision we made. From the very start, the level of professionalism and care was outstanding. Conor Beirne was our main point of contact, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He reviewed the property thoroughly, gave clear advice, and once the house went on the market, it sold within a week! Throughout the entire process, we received constant feedback and updates, which gave us complete peace of mind. This was a stark contrast to our previous experience with another estate agent, where the property sat for months with poor communication and a buyer who seemed unenthusiastic and slow to progress. That situation ended with the sale falling through, which was incredibly frustrating. UPS turned everything around for us.    The Team at UPS Lisburn Road are simply the best. They are the ‘ Go To’ Estate Agents in Belfast. We chose UPS to act for the sale of a property based on recommendations. From the outset, we continued to be impressed with their professionalism. Their internal communication is seamless, and they always work collectively as a single point of contact. At all times, they were on top of enquiries from potential buyers and always followed up diligently with any interested parties keeping us advised of progress. After the ‘Sale Agreed’ stage, they continued to be actively involved in monitoring progress of legalities through to a successful conclusion. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. IMO it would be foolish pick any other Estate Agents.
