They made the application and move in process smooth and efficient. They were always contactable via phone/email and communicated information in a timely manner. Every maintenance or repair issue, of which there were few, were attended to quickly and professionally.    Had a brilliant experience with F5 properties while renting a property last year. From the beginning, the rental process was extremely smooth from the viewings and paperwork. F5 were more than accommodating. There was no problem too little or small and any issues were resolved immediately. Noted that there was an online repair system which was extremely convenient for any last minute issues. James and Christine were more than helpful and would recommend as estate agents.

   Excellent service provided by F5 Property Limited. We have rented for 4 long years and had to abruptly end our tenancy on 4th extension as we need to move near our daughter's secondary school after school placements.James and Christine spoke to landlord and dealt the issue professionally which was win win to both landlord and us.
