   In relation to purchasing a property. We had such a lovely experience with Property People. Nicolaus has been who we've been working with since the beginning. To start with, we went to view a property during an "open house". All seemed very American-ised to me so I was hesitant but it was absolutely amazing. The house was gorgeous, candles in every room, agents offered us prosecco and crisps etc and it just added to the viewing experience. Placed an offer literally 2 minutes after leaving the open house and after about 1-2 weeks "bidding war" we were so happy to have our offer accepted. Moving into our first home this weekend and Nicolaus has continued to make the process feel really seamless and stress-free. He seems really invested in us and the whole process and has 100% made me believe that not all estate agents are awful..! Recommend this agency wholeheartedly. They go the extra mile and all of the properties they list for sale seem to be of really high quality.

   Having trouble getting a room in Belfast for my upcoming masters I decided to call into Property people. Within a few days I had a room sorted. They understood my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I got a room in an area I wanted. Communication was great and I was free to ring and email with quick responses in both tending to any questions or worries I had. as with many sales the pictures were often better than the let however the room was still of good size and standard. In a time where it is so hard to get accomodation I was delighted to get anything decent at all.
