   I highly recommend GOC Estate Agency, Belfast. I recently bought my first apartment in Belfast, and the entire experience, from finding the property on their website to completing the purchase, was excellent. The team (Kirby and Darrell) were really responsive and made the whole process straightforward, which isn’t always easy with student lets. Communication was clear, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The house was well-presented and exactly as advertised, and any queries we raised were dealt with promptly.    Recently moved from London to Belfast and had the absolute pleasure of working with GOC, both Tim and Kirby, leading to us securing our dream home. Kirby showed us around a house first but it wasn't for us. She updated us about another house and booked us in for an appointment when that house went on the market with Tim. Tim was amazing from start to finish. Honest, respectful, timely, communicative and always available to help (even when on holiday).    FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. I recently sold a property with GOC and can honestly say they are the best Estate Agents around. From start to finish they were flawless. I knew from my first meeting with Kirby that GOC were the company to use, she was friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable and I could see how passionate she was about her job.    I have just finished buying a house through GOC, and Kirby and her team were brilliant throughout. The process was longer than usual due to delays with the solicitors, however Kirby was great throughout at helping to get updates from the seller & his solicitor and keep it progressing, and was always on hand with quick responses whenever I emailed with any questions (even on her days off!). Her team were always happy to arrange access for any viewings and surveys I needed and were always able to work around my schedule even at fairly short notice. Would definitely recommend
