Slow to respond, unorganized, the tradesmen used do half arsed jobs when they eventually come out & generally a disorganised operation with myself receiving someone else's letting agreement full of there details early on.

I had a very unpleasant time renting a property from this agency. I rented a property for £2000 in Stranmillis Only a month of living in the property and the agent Clare Kitson made an unreasonable inspection. I was not allowed to install internet on the property because of “some special brick and cement that shatters upon drilling” after the month’s inspection the following month the landlord sent me an email to say “his brother was going to check the exteriors and shed” and he also booked gardeners to do gardening when it is stated on the contract I am responsible for the garden. Then the following month Clare was going to organise to paint the rooms. Also on the property advert and contract there was no mention of the attic and garage not being available all whilst charging full rent for the property. Due to the level of intrusion, lies and not being able to have internet to work from home I wanted out of the lease after a few emails back and forth an agreement was reached to terminate the lease. After I left the property in pristine condition and handed Clare they keys, I requested for my full deposit to be returned to which Clare responded “I don’t know I will have to speak with the landlord about that” I requested a full deposit return on TDS and Clare Kitson waited a full month to respond before making a counter request where she charged me for: garden work, a broken toilet that was already faulty when I moved in, rent whilst she found a new tenant and £500 to find a new tenant. I am still going through the process with TDS to get my full deposit back.
