   Margaret & Paul are fantastic letting agents who clearly care about the welfare of the tenants they work with. I've been with them for three years and they have been more than fair about things like rent and deposits. They've gone out of their way on multiple occasions to solve issues for my flatmates & me, even out of office hours. Margaret once drove us a mini fridge to our flat at 9pm because our fridge freezer broke & she didn't want our food to go bad! University Area Properties is the only letting agency that I would confidently recommend to students in Belfast. Absolute stars!

   I rented with UAP, Paul and Margaret, last year as part of a flat share and have recently just signed for another year in a 1 bedroom apartment. I've had nothing but a positive experience during my rentals so far. They are both very helpful and have been accommodating for all living circumstances. Flats are kept in good condition with cleaning services and painting done before the start of tenancy's, where necessary. Always at the other end of an email or phone call, willing to support their tenants in whatever way they can!

   I rented with UAP, Paul and Margaret, for a year and it was an excellent choice. I contacted them from Germany and was able to rent an apartment without any problems. When I arrived in Belfast, they handed me the keys and introduced me to my apartment, answering all my questions. They are extremely friendly and professional letting agents who do everything to make you feel comfortable. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a great renting experience in Belfast.
