John made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The house was very clean and room was comfortable and pleasant. Location was perfect for us visiting Belfast two days. Oh yeah, John is pretty good at cooking breakfast too.

Beautiful b&b, rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed linen was super fresh.the beds were very comfortable. We had to leave super early and we were pleasantly surprised when john had made us breakfast sandwiches to go. Excellent b&b would highly recommend for a very enjoyable stay.

Albert & Louise are the most wonderful hosts. As soon as you drive in and see the lodges, you know that your on holidays. The lodges a very spacious and the views, well what can I say.....STUNNING. Albert made you feel very welcome, there was even a welcome basket filled with goodies. The first evening he lite the fire pit and later on we all got to meet each other. The Hottub was a HUGE hit. I would definitely be going back. Highly recommend it

This former farmhouse is set in a very tranquil location that is convenient to the international airport, only 30 minutes from Belfast and within east driving distance of the north coast and most other points of interest. We were over for a family wedding, and hosts John and his Mum made us feel very welcome. Our large bedroom overlooked the garden, and each day we awoke to birdsong, followed by John's tasty and substantial breakfast. Our hosts were very personable and happy to share their local knowledge with us. We look forward to our next visit!

Stayed here for a second time in August 2021, this time with 6 friends on a cycling holiday in the area. Was lovely to see hosts Rosaleen and her son Johnny again- still as welcoming as ever. Clean rooms, nicely decorated, superb breakfast, beautiful garden, lovely area. Just the perfect location for an off-the-beaten-path break from city life. Will definitely return.

This was our second stay at Oakfield Guesthouse and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when in Northern Ireland. John is an incredibly kind and welcoming host - it really is a home from home. The bedrooms are well maintained with lovely views over peaceful countryside, the beds are extremely comfortable and the shower is powerful. John cooks a perfect breakfast and will always does it the way you like it. It is in a lovely quiet location but only a short motorway drive to Belfast, an hour from the North Antrim coast including the Giants' Causeway and also an hour to the beautiful Mourne Mountains in the south - a brilliant location if you want to visit a lot of Northern Ireland. I couldn't recommend this B&B any higher - our favourite by far!!

Fairly remote location, but only half an hour away from Belfast Intl. The B&B itself is very homely and the host couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was well equipped and comfortable. There is also a kitchen area which can be used by all the guests for drinks/food. Breakfast has been great so far - selection of cereals and cooked options. The host is very accommodating so feel free to request anything that they may not have in for the next morning.
