   Faultless for the money I paid, room was very comfortable, albeit fairly close to the hotel boiler. Staff were helpful and pleasant, food was good in the pub downstairs, would recommend.

   Order two roasts one turkey and ham the other beef. The beef was so tough and dry my husband almost choked on it. Not even a dessert or the kids icecream knocked off the bill. Very poor customer service. Staff informed twice. Won't be back

   Just back from a family wedding, food was ok. Waiter service and bar service was worst ive ever seen, asked for gravy bowl as none arrived to our table and we’re currently still waiting on it, Someone was waiting on cranberry sauce and the rest of the table had then finished their meal when one of the other guests went to kitchen himself and lifted the sauce, Bar staff were asked 4 times to take a drinks order for the top table and half an hour later they took an order which was still overpriced. Buffet was served and while people were still eating they started lifting it off the tables. Ps the in house dj my child could choose a better playlist. Other than that the venue was great and still had a great day with family and friends.

   As a wedding photographer , ( snappitt wedding photography ) I can only review , a wedding day at the Ballymac ..Recently visited the bride for morning prep at the hotel , met the groom mid morning and then spent the rest of the day capturing the ceremony , photos after and stayed until the music .. my meal was fine and staff are always friendly and helpful.. got some fun photos at the front of the hotel ..Been here quite a few times..

   Called for Sunday roast. And am very sorry to say the food was awfull it tasted like a reheat it was bad the last time we ate here but thought it was just a bad day but today confirmed it has gotten even worse. Hope the get a new chef and get sorted out as there prehistoric menu is long out of date. Sorry to be so negative but it really was so poor quality. I wouldn't feed this to my dog absolutely awful

   Nice hotel, most rooms are double or triple. Great friendly and helpful staff make yiu stay very pleasent. Only fault is on weekdays its a continental breakfast before 10am on weekdays and 9am at weekends so unless your a late raiser you cannot get a cooked breakfast. But if you can wait then its worth it,
